NMAT by GMAC (Graduate Management Admission Council) is a gateway to leading management institutes in India. It is a forefront towards a successful career in management. There is a 75 day test window to appear for NMAT 2020 that is from October 6 to December 19, 2020. Registration for NMAT 2020 will begin from July 2 and go until October 5, 2020.

Certain eligibility norms exist to appear for NMAT. The eligibility conditions can vary depending on the college candidates are aiming for to pursue management.
On the basis of Nationality: Indian and NRI citizens are eligible to apply for NMAT by GMAC.
Minimum Required Qualification: Candidates with a graduate degree in any discipline are eligible to apply. Minimum marks to be attained are 50%. Candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation are eligible to apply as well.
Age Limit: Upper age limit to appear for the examination is 25 years.
Work Experience: Preference to candidates with earlier work experience of 2 or more years is given.

For NMAT 2020, there is a provision for late registration if the students fail to pay registration fee on July 2 and October 5, 2020. The deadline for late registration is October 6 toOctober 16, 2020.
NMAT has three sections Language Skills, Quantitative Skills and Logical Reasoning. Each section is allocated a specific time limit. Test takers have to attempt all the questions within the stipulated time limit. Once candidates submit one section, all answers are deemed final and cannot be reviewed.

Admit Card for NMAT by GMAC contains registration details and a photograph of the candidate. It is mandatory to produce the document along with necessary ID proofs on the day of the test. Once the fee payment is done for registration, candidates can download their admit card with the photograph.
On the day of the exam, candidates have to ensure that admit card is signed by the testing invigilator on the designated test center. In case candidates retake the NMAT exam, the same admit card has to be produced which again has to be signed by the invigilator.

In case candidates do not produce the above mentioned documents at the exam center, they can be denied entry to the test room. No refund of fees will be done by conducting authorities in such cases. There are 58 test centres in India spread across 46 major cities. In addition the exam is also conducted in 4 other cities of the Indian subcontinent. Results for NMAT 2020 will be declared on the official website nmat.org.in within 4-5 weeks after the exam is conducted. Candidates will receive an email about the declaration of results. Access to NMAT Score Card can be done by logging in to account using. Post release of result in score card form, Final percentile scores are also announced, that are sent to the 5 institutes candidates opted for.
The final scorecard mentions a scaled score for each section in the NMAT 2020 paper followed by a total score and percentile ranking.

NMAT 2020 Scaled Scores: To eliminate differences in terms of overall difficulty level and questions, the raw test scores of NMAT 2020 will be placed on a common scale. Scaled scores will be used to make sure that scores of any candidate are not affected by different question papers that each candidate gets.
Percentile Score: Final percentile is calculated at each year end, once all the candidates have completed taking NMAT for that year. Score cards that are sent to school are the final percentile scores.
NMAT 2020 scores will be accepted by 35 colleges in India. Each college has a different cutoff score. The cutoff for NMAT 2020 will be 100-120.
