Libas August 2026: Every Markdown Is a Broken Size Run

Libas August 2026 collage - the rust Ajrakh printed cotton Anarkali suit set, the Libas Art mauve floral embroidered satin saree, the burgundy floral woven design silk blend suit set and the plus-size mustard floral woven design silk blend suit set
Zoutons Picks — Libas Stock Check, August 2026

Every discounted listing is missing sizes. Every full-price listing has all of them. Twenty-six picks from Rs. 299 to Rs. 11,499, sorted by what is actually still in your size.

Prices & codes last verified August 3, 2026

The short of it Libas's own feed, 111 buyable listings read on August 3. The Rs. 1,729 rust Ajrakh set is the best buy - 69% off with all five sizes. The Rs. 679 headline discount exists in XS alone. Twenty listings share one Rs. 3,299 MRP. Not one of the 26 plus-size listings is discounted.

We pulled Libas's own Shopify product feed on August 3, 2026 and got 1,000 listings across four pages. Of those, 889 have no size available at all, which leaves 111 listings a shopper can actually put in a basket today, every one of them carrying an image. Then we did the one thing a sale page never does, which is to count the sizes. The result had no exceptions in it. Of the 111 buyable listings, 47 carry a discount and every single one of those 47 is missing part of its size run - 30 of them are down to exactly one size out of several offered, and the discounted group averages just under two sizes available out of the 5.3 each listing offers. The other 64 listings carry no discount and no stated MRP at all, and every one of those 64 has its complete size run in stock. Not most of them. All of them. Once you have seen that split you cannot read a Libas percentage the same way again, because it stops being a claim about value and becomes a claim about age: the 21 listings tagged AW23 by Libas's own feed average 66 per cent off with about a third of their sizes left, while the 64 listings tagged for the current season are at full price with everything in stock. The badge is a date stamp. That is not a criticism of Libas, which is doing what every apparel retailer does with end-of-line stock; it is simply the fact that decides whether a 79 per cent discount is worth anything to you, and the answer depends entirely on whether the last size standing is yours. This page is organised around that. Chapter one is the deep-discount rack where nothing is left but XS. Chapter two is the small handful of discounted listings that still have every size, which is where the actual buying is. Then the middle rack, the sarees, and the plus-size range where not one of 26 listings has ever carried a percentage. We covered the shared Rs. 3,299 MRP itself in July, and the same pattern across AJIO's ethnicwear the day before yesterday. Libas publishes no ratings on any listing, we have not seen or worn any of this, and every fabric and sizing detail below is quoted from Libas's own copy.

Every price below was pulled from Libas on August 3, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Libas coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.

“All 47 discounted listings at Libas are missing sizes. All 64 full-price listings have every size in stock. The percentage is telling you how old the garment is, not how much you are saving.” Zoutons Editorial Team

Five rules for buying off a Libas sale page

First: check the size dropdown before you look at the percentage. On this feed a discount and a broken size run are the same fact stated two ways - all 47 discounted listings are missing sizes, 30 of them have exactly one left, and a 79 per cent badge on a garment that only exists in XS is worth nothing to anybody who is not an XS. Second: sort your shortlist by what is available in your size, not by discount. The Rs. 679 suit in chapter one and the Rs. 1,059 suit in chapter two are the same sub-brand from the same season; the cheaper one exists in one size and the dearer one in all six, and a discount sort puts the useless one on top. Third: weigh the MRP before you trust the badge. Twenty listings here share a stated Rs. 3,299 while selling from Rs. 679 to Rs. 1,589, so a 38 per cent badge off a Rs. 2,199 MRP that two listings share is better evidence of a real price than a 79 per cent badge off the crowded one - and 64 listings claim no MRP at all, which is the cleanest presentation of the three. Fourth: read the description against the title and believe the photograph. Seven listings on this page contradict their own titles on colour, fabric or silhouette, including a saree titled blue and described as off white and trousers titled cotton and described as rayon, and two more listings have no description at all. Fifth: if you wear 3XL or above, do not shop the sale page. Twenty-six plus-size listings are in stock and not one of them is discounted; the only marked-down garment above XXL in the whole feed is a single chinon set whose surviving size happens to be 3XL. Our read on how the Libas plus-size rack is priced goes into that separately, and a brand that discounts nothing at all shows what a zero-per-cent catalogue looks like from the other side.

What we skipped — and why

What we skipped, and why: the 889 listings with no size available at all, which is the great majority of the feed and cannot be bought. Of the 111 buyable listings that remain, we seated 26 and left out 85, and the biggest single block of those is the rest of the AW23 Gerua rack - roughly fifteen more silk blend suit sets at Rs. 1,119 to Rs. 1,589, nearly all of them down to XS alone, all sharing the same Rs. 3,299 or Rs. 2,499 stated MRP and the same three or four descriptions with the colour word swapped. Seating more of them would have added listings without adding information, and we have described the pattern instead. We also left out the other two discounted listings that still have a complete size run: the grey Ajrakh straight suit set at Rs. 1,369, which is the same price, the same 38 per cent and the same S-to-XXL run as the brown one we did seat, and a pink Gerua suit at Rs. 1,229 with all six sizes, which is the dearer twin of the green and burgundy ones in chapter two. Among the single-size discounted listings we skipped, the two worth naming are the Rs. 3,629 pink organza suit set, which is the only other discounted garment down to XXL alone, and the Rs. 749 and Rs. 689 Gerua suits, which are the two cheapest listings still holding more than one large size. Among the sarees we skipped 28 of the 33, including the seven other Rs. 5,899 embroidered silk blends, the five other Rs. 7,599 tissue sarees, the seven Rs. 7,999 listings, the two Rs. 9,299 net sarees, the Rs. 10,299 georgette and the Rs. 4,199 woven design - all at flat prices with no MRP, all differing from the ones we seated mainly by colour. Among the plus-size range we skipped 22 of the 26, including the Rs. 1,999 and Rs. 2,499 kurtis, the two Rs. 3,899 cotton kurta sets, the Rs. 4,349, Rs. 4,599, Rs. 4,899, Rs. 5,149, Rs. 5,649, Rs. 6,899, Rs. 7,099 and Rs. 9,149 suit sets, the four other Rs. 10,499 sets and both Rs. 11,099 ones - none discounted, all with complete 3XL to 6XL runs, and all making the same point as the four we did seat. We also left out the Rs. 1,999 maroon embroidered kurta, the Rs. 3,999 and Rs. 5,499 chiffon kaftan kurta sets, the Rs. 4,149 indigo bandhani set, the Rs. 5,999 and Rs. 6,999 Chanderi silk sets, the Rs. 6,499 yellow cotton set, the Rs. 6,999 palazzo suit set, the Rs. 719 black cotton trousers and the Rs. 899 peach Gerua kurta. No bundles or multipacks appear in this feed, so none were excluded on that basis.

What we look for

We counted the surviving size run on every single listing

Libas's own Shopify products feed at libas.in returned 1,000 listings across four pages on August 3, 2026. Of those, 889 had no size available at all, leaving 111 listings a shopper can actually buy today, every one of them carrying an image. For each of the 111 we counted how many size variants were flagged available against how many the listing offers, and the split was total: all 47 discounted listings are missing part of their size run, 30 of them are down to a single size out of several offered, and the discounted group averages just under two sizes available out of the 5.3 offered. All 64 listings at full price have their complete size run available - all 64, without one exception. That is the finding this page is built on, and it means the badge is a stock signal rather than a value signal. Where a listing is down to one size, we have said so on the card and named the size.

We checked the stated MRPs against each other, and one of them does not hold up

Twenty of the 111 buyable listings carry an identical stated MRP of Rs. 3,299, and they sell at prices from Rs. 679 to Rs. 1,589 - a 2.3-fold spread off a single supposed list price, with the cheapest sitting Rs. 2,620 below it. Four of those twenty share almost the same title, Gerua Blue Yoke Design Silk Blend Straight Suit With Dupatta, and sell at Rs. 729, Rs. 1,119, Rs. 1,399 and Rs. 1,399 - four prices, one stated MRP. A figure that twenty different garments share while none of them sells within Rs. 1,700 of it is not a price the store charges; it is a reference point that makes a badge look larger. We are describing the arithmetic in the feed and not alleging a breach of anything, and we cannot see Libas's price history. But we would rather you weighed a 38 per cent badge off a Rs. 2,199 MRP shared by two listings than a 79 per cent badge off this one. The other 64 listings state no MRP at all, which is the more straightforward presentation of the two.

We read each description against its own title, and flagged every disagreement

On this page the title and the description of the same listing disagree seven times. A saree titled blue is described as off white. A black Anarkali is described as a rich maroon hue. Trousers titled cotton are described as crafted in rayon. A burgundy suit set is described as plum, a maroon chinon set as red, a mustard plus-size set as yellow, and a saree titled Golden Mirror Work Embellished Tissue is described as a woven silk saree with thread work and no mirror work mentioned. Two more listings - a Rs. 539 kurta and the one kidswear item - have no description at all beyond their own title repeated. We have flagged each of these on the relevant card rather than quietly picking whichever version suited the copy. The practical rule that falls out of it: on a Libas listing, trust the size availability and the photograph, and treat the prose as a draft. Colour, fabric and silhouette should all be confirmed from the image before you order.

No ratings, no testing, and no fabric or fit claims of our own

Libas's product feed publishes no customer ratings and no review counts on any of the 111 buyable listings, so not one pick on this page carries a rating pill and we have not imported a star score from a marketplace listing to fill the gap. We have not seen, handled, worn or washed any garment here. Every statement about fabric, neckline, sleeve length, lining, pocket, waistband, dupatta, embroidery technique or occasion is quoted from Libas's own listing copy and is not verified by us - including the phrases about how a fabric drapes and how comfortable it stays through long functions, which are the brand's marketing claims and not findings. Where we describe a category convention - that ready to wear normally indicates a pre-stitched skirt, that an unstitched blouse piece means tailoring is an extra cost, that middle sizes usually sell out before the extremes - we have labelled it as general understanding rather than as something the feed states. Sizing, fit and returns should be checked on Libas's own pages before you order.

FAQs

Are Libas discounts real, or is the MRP inflated?

Both things are true of different listings, and the feed lets you tell them apart. Twenty of the 111 buyable listings on August 3, 2026 share an identical stated MRP of Rs. 3,299 while selling anywhere from Rs. 679 to Rs. 1,589 - a 2.3-fold spread off one supposed list price, with four near-identically titled Gerua blue suits alone selling at Rs. 729, Rs. 1,119, Rs. 1,399 and Rs. 1,399 off that same figure. A number twenty garments share while none sells within Rs. 1,700 of it is not a price the store charges. Against that, other listings carry MRPs shared by only one or two products with modest badges - 38 per cent off Rs. 2,199, 33 per cent off Rs. 2,599 - and those are far more plausible. And 64 of the 111 listings state no MRP at all, just a single price, which is the most straightforward presentation in the feed. Our advice is to treat the crowded Rs. 3,299 figure as a reference point rather than a price, and to judge whether the sale price itself is fair for the garment. We are describing what is in the feed and alleging nothing beyond it.

Why do Libas sale items only come in one size?

Because at Libas the discount and the broken size run are the same fact. We counted the available size variants on all 111 buyable listings in the August 3, 2026 feed. All 47 discounted listings are missing part of their size run, 30 of them have exactly one size left out of several offered, and the group averages just under two sizes available out of the 5.3 offered. All 64 listings at full price have their complete size run in stock, without exception. The season tags line up with it too: the 21 listings Libas tags AW23 average 66 per cent off with roughly a third of their sizes remaining, while current-season listings sit at full price with everything available. That is ordinary end-of-line clearance and every apparel retailer does it, but it means a deep percentage at Libas is a signal about age and remaining stock rather than about value. The practical consequence is that you should filter by your size before you sort by discount, because a 79 per cent badge on a garment that exists only in XS is not a deal for anyone else.

Does Libas discount plus-size clothing?

Not in this feed. Twenty-six plus-size listings were in stock at Libas on August 3, 2026, priced from Rs. 899 for a cotton kurti to Rs. 11,099 for a woven silk blend suit set, and not one of the twenty-six carried a discount or even a stated MRP - every one is a single flat price. All twenty-six also have their complete size run from 3XL to 6XL available, which is consistent with the pattern across the whole catalogue that full price and full size run go together. The only marked-down garment above XXL anywhere in the buyable feed is a single embroidered chinon suit set at Rs. 3,549, and that is a straight-size listing whose one surviving variant happens to be 3XL rather than part of the plus-size range. We are reporting the pattern and not explaining it; we cannot see Libas's merchandising decisions, and one innocent reading is simply that the plus-size range sells through at full price and never needs marking down, which the complete size runs would support.

Which Libas suit set is the best buy right now?

On the numbers, the Rust Ajrakh Printed Cotton Anarkali Suit Set at Rs. 1,729. It is the only listing in the feed that manages all three things at once: a deep discount at 69 per cent off a stated Rs. 5,499, a complete size run with all five sizes from S to XXL in stock, and a current-season tag rather than end-of-line stock. Of the 47 discounted listings, only twelve still have their full size run, three of which are one-size sarees, and this is the deepest discount of the nine real ones. If you want a smaller badge on a more believable MRP, the Brown Ajrakh Straight Suit Set at Rs. 1,369 is 38 per cent off Rs. 2,199 with all five sizes available. If you need workwear rather than festive, the off-white embroidered cotton set at Rs. 1,729 is the pick, but note that Libas describes it as a two-piece with palazzo pants and no dupatta, unlike almost everything else at that price. All descriptions are Libas's own; we have not seen any of these garments and the feed carries no ratings.

Does Libas show customer ratings or reviews on its products?

Not in its product feed. We read libas.in's own Shopify products feed on August 3, 2026 and it publishes no customer ratings and no review counts on any of the 111 buyable listings. That is why no pick on this page carries a rating pill, and we have deliberately not imported a star score from a marketplace listing to fill the gap, because a rating attached to a different seller's listing of the same garment is not a rating of this one. It also means everything on this page is about price, stated MRP, size availability, season tag and the store's own description - and nothing on it is about how these clothes actually fit, wash or wear, because we have not seen or worn any of them. Fabric hand, colour accuracy against the photograph, how a silk blend drapes and whether a size runs small are exactly the things a price feed cannot establish, and on this feed several listings do not even agree with themselves about colour and fabric.

More Libas coverage on Zoutons

How Zoutons picks deals Zoutons may earn a commission when you buy through links on this page. Every price, stated MRP, discount percentage and size availability figure here was read from Libas's own Shopify products feed at libas.in on August 3, 2026, and all of them can change without notice - stock in particular, since 30 of the listings we counted are down to a single size and may sell out between our reading and yours. That pull returned 1,000 listings across four pages, of which 889 had no available size variant, leaving 111 buyable listings, every one of them carrying an image; the 26 seated here are all single garments or sets, and prices shown are for the cheapest available variant of each, which in this feed is the same for every size. Our central claim - that all 47 discounted listings are missing part of their size run and all 64 full-price listings have complete ones - is a count of the availability flag on each size variant in that feed, and nothing more; we cannot see Libas's warehouse and we are not asserting why the pattern exists. Season labels such as AW23, SS25 and AW26 are Libas's own product tags, and the Broken size tags we describe on two cards are likewise the store's own labels, quoted rather than interpreted; on one listing those tags disagree with the live availability data, and we have flagged that rather than resolved it. Libas's feed publishes no customer ratings and no review counts, so no pick here carries a rating pill and we have not substituted a score from any other source. We have not seen, handled, worn or washed any garment on this page. Every statement about fabric, fibre content, lining, neckline, sleeve length, waistband, pockets, dupatta, embroidery technique, occasion or how a fabric drapes is quoted from Libas's own listing copy and is not verified by us. Where a listing contradicts itself - a saree titled blue and described as off white, trousers titled cotton and described as rayon, a black Anarkali described as maroon, a tissue saree described as woven silk - we have reported both statements and confirmed neither. Descriptions of category convention, such as what ready to wear normally means or that middle sizes usually sell out before the extremes, reflect general understanding rather than testing. Sizing, fit, fabric care, tailoring costs for unstitched blouse pieces and return windows should all be confirmed on Libas's own pages before you order.
