Rs. 1,799 buys a wired Sony, wired Apple EarPods, a OnePlus neckband or realme ANC - at 10 per cent off or 36. Twenty-five picks from 47 Croma listings.
We pulled 47 audio listings from Croma's own product data on August 9, 2026 and sorted them by price. Eight land on exactly Rs. 1,799 - wired Sony, wired Apple, three OnePlus rows, three realme rows - and their badges are either 10 per cent or 36, decided entirely by which brand printed the stated MRP. Two more sit at Rs. 899 showing 31 and 73. Meanwhile the evidence is almost absent: the largest rating sample in the whole read is 142 votes, and above Rs. 18,000 there is essentially none at all.
Every price below was pulled from Croma on August 9, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Croma coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.

First: search the exact model before you buy, because Croma lists the same Sony neckband at Rs. 1,399 and Rs. 1,599 and the same OnePlus neckband twice at Rs. 2,099 with different rating pools. Second: ignore the badge at a fixed price point - eight listings here cost Rs. 1,799 and the discount column ranges from 10 to 36 per cent across them. Third: read the rating count, not the star, since the biggest sample on this shelf is 142 votes and several listings show 5.0 from a single person, the same problem this series found across sixty-seven audio listings with no ratings at all at a rival chain. Fourth: convert the badge into rupees at the top of the shelf, where 5 per cent off an AirPods Pro 3 is Rs. 1,410 of real money and 52 per cent off an unrated listing is a claim, an arithmetic this series ran on Croma's soundbar wall in July. Fifth: check bank-card offers at checkout, which on Rs. 18,000-plus purchases routinely beat every badge on this page.

Doing that produced the finding this page is built on: eight listings sell at exactly Rs. 1,799 - a Sony wired earphone, an Apple wired accessory, three OnePlus rows and three realme rows - and their discount badges are either 10 per cent or 36, depending only on which brand printed the MRP. Two more listings sit at exactly Rs. 899 with badges of 31 and 73 per cent. When one price carries several badges on the same shelf in the same week, the badge has stopped describing the product and started describing the seller.
Croma does it twice in this read. The Sony WI-C100 neckband appears at Rs. 1,399 with a 50 per cent badge and 27 ratings at 3.5, and again at Rs. 1,599 with 43 per cent and 60 ratings at 4.0 - the same model, the same stated MRP, Rs. 200 apart, with rating pools that do not merge. The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 appears twice at Rs. 2,099 with 20 votes at 2.7 and 10 at 4.0. Where we found this we seated both rows and said so, because the practical advice - check every colour and row of a model before checkout - is worth more than either listing alone.
Thirty-seven of the 47 listings carry a rating and the largest sample in the entire read is 142 votes, on a wired Sony earphone. The next largest is 62. Above Rs. 11,000, four of the seven listings we seated publish no rating at all and the rest carry between one and sixteen votes. A 4.8 from five people and a 5.0 from one are arithmetic rather than evidence, and we have attached a rating pill to exactly one listing on this page. Nothing here was listened to, worn, charged or measured by us.
Croma's house brand prints the most modest MRPs on this shelf - Rs. 1,000 on a Rs. 749 pair of earbuds, Rs. 1,300 on a Rs. 899 neckband - and Noise prints the largest, Rs. 3,499 on a Rs. 694 pair. Apple's four listings sit within Rs. 1,410 of their stated prices; realme's ten sit Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 2,000 below theirs. None of that makes a product good: the lowest-scored listing with a usable sample in this read, 2.8 from 17 votes, is a Croma-branded one. We name the claim and the score separately on every card.
Because the badge is arithmetic against a stated MRP that each brand sets for itself. In our August 9, 2026 read of 47 Croma audio listings, eight sold at exactly Rs. 1,799 - a Sony wired earphone, Apple's wired EarPods, three OnePlus rows and three realme rows. The Apple and OnePlus rows showed 10 per cent off because those brands claim list prices around Rs. 2,000; the realme rows showed 36 per cent because realme claims Rs. 2,799. Same money out of your account, twenty-six points of badge between them. Two more listings sat at exactly Rs. 899 showing 31 and 73 per cent for the same reason.
In this read, yes. The Sony WI-C100 neckband appeared at Rs. 1,399 with a 50 per cent badge and 27 ratings at 3.5, and again at Rs. 1,599 with 43 per cent and 60 ratings at 4.0 - the same model against the same stated Rs. 2,790, Rs. 200 apart. The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 appeared twice at Rs. 2,099 with 20 votes at 2.7 on one row and 10 at 4.0 on the other. Because the rating pools do not merge across rows, the cheaper listing is sometimes also the one that looks worse rated. Check every colour and row of a model before you check out.
Very few. Thirty-seven of the 47 listings in our read carried a rating at all, and the largest sample anywhere was 142 votes on a Sony wired earphone - the only listing on the shelf with more than a hundred. The next largest was 62. Several listings showed perfect or near-perfect averages built from one to five votes, including a 5.0 from a single rating on a Rs. 37,990 headphone. Above Rs. 11,000 the evidence effectively disappears: the four dearest listings we seated carry ten ratings between them, and three publish none. Buying at that end has to be done on specification and brand reputation.
On price and brand rather than on ratings, because nothing in that band carries a usable sample. In our read, Rs. 349 bought boAt BassHeads 100 wired earphones with 62 ratings at 4.3 - the second-largest sample on the shelf. Rs. 694 bought Noise Buds VS104 true wireless at an 80 per cent badge and nine votes, Rs. 749 bought Croma's own IE165 with a modest Rs. 1,000 claim and 19 votes at 4.3, and Rs. 899 bought boAt Airdopes 213. The one to avoid on evidence is the Croma IN 101 at Rs. 899, whose 2.8 average from 17 votes is the weakest usable score in the read.
It depends entirely on which phone you own, and the badges will not help you decide. Both listings sold at exactly Rs. 18,990 in our read: the Apple AirPods Pro 2nd generation at 21 per cent off a stated Rs. 23,900 with 16 ratings at 3.9, and the Sennheiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 4 at 37 per cent off a stated Rs. 29,990 with no rating at all. Apple's is a one-tap pairing and ecosystem product on its way out of the range - its successor sits on the same page at Rs. 24,490. Sennheiser's is the specialist manufacturer's current flagship with aptX Adaptive and no platform lock. Between them, a JBL Live Beam 3 at Rs. 11,999 undercuts both by seven thousand rupees.
