Reliance Digital Tablet and Laptop Prices August 2026: From Rs. 11,999

We read Reliance Digital's laptop and tablet listings on 30 August 2026 — 23 in all, 11 tablets and 12 laptops, each with a selling price, a stated MRP and a discount badge.

The first thing the data says is that these are not one category. The dearest tablet on the shelf is a Redmi Pad 2 Pro at Rs. 28,999. The cheapest laptop is an Acer Aspire 3 at Rs. 38,490. There is a Rs. 9,491 gap between them with nothing in it.

So the practical question is not which of the 23 is cheapest. It is which shelf you are shopping, because the answer decides your budget before any individual listing does.

Eleven tablets, running from Rs. 11,999 to Rs. 28,999 with a median of Rs. 19,499. The badges are the deeper of the two halves at a median of 29 per cent, and the range is wide: from OnePlus at 10 per cent to Motorola at 43.

Note the two Samsung Galaxy Tab listings at 22.09 cm with the same 64 GB storage and the same Rs. 19,999 stated MRP, selling at Rs. 14,699 and Rs. 15,999 — a Rs. 1,300 difference between two listings that read almost identically on the page. Listing data does not tell us what separates them, and rather than guess at a colour or connectivity difference we simply flag it: check both before buying either.

Twelve laptops, from Rs. 38,490 to Rs. 1,02,990, median Rs. 56,490. The badges are shallower here — a median of 23.5 per cent — and, importantly, they do not track price. The two most expensive machines on the shelf carry two of the smallest badges: the Asus TUF F16 at Rs. 1,02,990 is 10 per cent off and the Dell XPS 13 at Rs. 79,990 is 21 per cent off.

The deepest laptop badge, 43 per cent, belongs to the cheapest machine on the shelf, an Acer Aspire 3 on an Intel Core processor at Rs. 38,490. That is a familiar shape in electronics retail: the entry model carries the discount that brings shoppers in.

Read the MRP column rather than the badge column and something unusual shows up. The laptop MRPs are precise, unrounded numbers: Rs. 58,290. Rs. 65,867. Rs. 82,890. Rs. 1,00,809. Those look like figures that came out of a pricing system.

Four tablet listings state an MRP rounded to the nearest thousand — Rs. 40,000, Rs. 35,000 twice and Rs. 34,000 — and three of those four carry three of the five deepest tablet badges on the shelf.

We are not saying those MRPs are wrong; an MRP is a maximum retail price the brand declares, and a brand is free to declare a round one. We are saying it is a reference figure rather than an observed price, and that a badge calculated from a round number is measuring the gap to that declaration, not a saving against what the tablet sold for last week. Compare the Rs. 22,999 against the other tablets, not against the Rs. 40,000.

Lenovo appears six times on this shelf, more than any other brand, and spans both halves — one tablet at Rs. 21,999, one at Rs. 23,999, and four IdeaPad laptops from Rs. 39,499 to Rs. 69,990.

Its badges run from 12 per cent to 37 per cent. Two IdeaPad Slim 3 machines, both Slim 3, sit at 32 per cent and 12 per cent. That is not a brand-wide discount policy in the way Nykaa's skincare brands hold flat rates; it is per-listing, and it means the brand name tells you nothing about whether a given listing is keenly priced.

Asus behaves the same way, spanning 10 to 37 per cent across four listings. Only Dell is consistent, holding 21 to 24 per cent across all three of its machines.
