The striking thing is not the span but the silence: only 78 of the 175 publish a rating count at all, the median of those is three, and just eighteen listings clear ten ratings. The discounts run backwards too. Sandwich makers carry a median badge of 32.5 percent; dishwashers carry 17.

Of the 175 listings we read, only 78 publish a rating count — and the median of those 78 is three. Just eighteen listings in the entire read clear ten ratings, and the largest sample anywhere on the shelf is 274. For comparison, a single Amazon lighting listing we read the day before carried 19,138. You are buying here largely on the specification and the brand, because there is very little else.
We showed a star pill only where ten or more people had rated the product
Which is why most cards on this page carry no pill at all. We separated Croma's own brand from the rest of the shelf
Because it behaves differently on both numbers. The 22 Croma-branded listings have a median price of Rs. 2,924 and a median badge of 36 percent; the other 153 sit at Rs. 5,299 and 27 percent.
