We priced 167 grooming listings against their own other sizes. The badge predicts nothing; the bottle you pick decides everything — and one pack of three undercuts its own pack of two.
We pulled Beardo's own product feed on July 31, 2026 — 406 in-stock listings, of which 167 are grooming products outside the fragrance shelf — and applied one discipline the D2C aisle almost never rewards: price every product against its own other sizes. What comes back is a shelf with no pricing rule at all. Start with two shampoos. The Dandruff Control Sulphate Free Shampoo is Rs. 299 for one 200 ml bottle and Rs. 350 for two, so the second bottle costs fifty-one rupees. The Beer Shampoo is Rs. 299 for one 200 ml bottle and Rs. 700 for two — which is one hundred and two rupees more than buying the two singles separately. Same brand, same category, same day, same bottle size. Then the badges, which you might reasonably expect to flag the difference: the good pack wears 50% off and the bad one wears 0%, so far so honest, until you reach the Godfather Beard Wash, where the pack of two at Rs. 599 costs one rupee more than two Rs. 299 singles and wears a fourteen per cent discount badge for the privilege. The Anti Grey Hair Serum runs the strangest ladder of all: Rs. 699 for one bottle, Rs. 1,099 for two, Rs. 999 for three — the pack of three is a hundred rupees cheaper than the pack of two, and the two-pack's 31% badge is what a shopper sees first. Size ladders misbehave in the opposite direction. The De-Tan Facewash costs Rs. 299 for 100 ml and Rs. 299 for 200 ml, identical money for double the product, and it is the small bottle that declares zero discount while the large one wears 40%. Bodywash runs Rs. 1.99, Rs. 1.50, Rs. 1.25 and Rs. 1.20 a millilitre across four listings of nearly the same liquid. Our earlier reads of whether Beardo's combos really save and the same bottle listed at three prices found the same disorder on the fragrance shelf. This is the grooming half, and it is worse.
Every price below was pulled from Beardo on July 31, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Beardo coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.
Five multipacks where the arithmetic is spectacular: a second bottle of dandruff shampoo for Rs. 51, a second lip lightener for Rs. 51, six bathing bars at Rs. 44 each — and an anti-grey serum whose pack of three costs Rs. 100 less than its own pack of two.
Rs. 350 against a stated Rs. 700 — two 200 ml bottles for Rs. 51 more than one costs alone.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 350 for two bottles of sulphate-free dandruff shampoo — the second bottle costs Rs. 51.
Rs. 550 against a stated Rs. 1,100 — two 7 g tubes where one alone costs Rs. 499.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 550 for two lip lighteners — the second tube is Rs. 51, the same trick as the shampoo.
Rs. 999 for three 50 ml bottles — a hundred rupees LESS than the same product's pack of two.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 999 for three bottles of anti-grey serum, while the pack of two costs Rs. 1,099.
Rs. 999 against a stated Rs. 2,697 — 63%, three bottles at Rs. 333 where one costs Rs. 599.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 999 for three hair growth serums — Rs. 333 a bottle, against Rs. 599 for a single.
Rs. 265 against a stated Rs. 530 — six 75 g bars at Rs. 44 each, where a triple pack alone is Rs. 225.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 265 for six bathing bars — the second triple-pack costs Rs. 40.
Same brand, same shelf, same day. Two bottles of Beer Shampoo cost Rs. 102 more as a pack than bought singly. Two Ultraglow facewashes cost exactly the same. Two beard washes and two beard oils each cost one rupee more — and one of them wears a 14% badge for it.
Rs. 700 for two 200 ml bottles — Rs. 102 MORE than buying two singles at Rs. 299 each.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 700 for two bottles that cost Rs. 598 bought separately — do not buy this listing.
Rs. 700 for two 100 g tubes — precisely twice the Rs. 350 single, at zero per cent off.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 700 for two facewashes that cost Rs. 700 bought singly — the pack is decorative.
Rs. 599 for two 100 ml beard washes — one rupee more than two Rs. 299 singles, wearing 14% off.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 599 for two beard washes that cost Rs. 598 separately — the badge is the whole product.
Rs. 799 for three 50 ml bottles — Rs. 52 more than three singles at Rs. 249, at 10% off.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 799 for three shine serums that cost Rs. 747 separately — the deepest negative on the shelf.
Rs. 999 for two 50 ml bottles — one rupee over two singles, while the pack of three saves Rs. 198.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 999 for two growth oils that cost Rs. 998 singly — but the three-pack at Rs. 1,299 is real.
The De-Tan Facewash is Rs. 299 in 100 ml and Rs. 299 in 200 ml. Bodywash runs Rs. 1.99, Rs. 1.50, Rs. 1.25 and Rs. 1.20 a millilitre depending purely on the bottle you take. In every case the better buy wears the shallower discount.
Rs. 299 for 200 ml — the identical price Beardo charges for the 100 ml bottle of the same facewash.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 299 for 200 ml of de-tan facewash, when 100 ml also costs Rs. 299.
Rs. 449 for 200 ml at Rs. 2.25/ml, against Rs. 2.99/ml in the 100 ml bottle at Rs. 299.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 449 for 200 ml of charcoal facewash — Rs. 149 under two of the small bottles.
Rs. 599 for 500 ml at Rs. 1.20/ml — the lowest per-millilitre price on the whole wash shelf.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 599 for half a litre of bodywash — the read's cheapest millilitre of anything you rinse off.
Rs. 299 for 200 ml at Rs. 1.50/ml, against the 100 ml bottle's Rs. 199 and Rs. 1.99/ml.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 299 for 200 ml — a hundred rupees more than the small bottle for twice the product.
Rs. 999 for 3 x 100 g at Rs. 3.33/g, against Rs. 3.99/g single and Rs. 3.50/g in the pack of two.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 999 for three tubs of strong-hold wax — the one pack ladder that descends properly.
Six products sold in exactly one size, with no pack and no larger bottle anywhere on the site — so the listed price is the whole decision. They are also, not coincidentally, the most honestly priced things Beardo sells.
Rs. 199 against a stated Rs. 275 — 28%, for 100 ml of neem facewash with no pack or size to check.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 199 for a 100 ml neem facewash — the cheapest useful single in the read.
Rs. 349 against a stated Rs. 450 — 22%, SPF 60+ PA++++ in a 50 g gel, sold in one size only.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 349 for SPF 60+ PA++++ gel sunscreen — the only product here with real evidence behind it.
Rs. 199 against a stated Rs. 249 — 20%, for a 100 ml leave-in rosemary spray, one size only.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 199 for a leave-in rosemary spray — the cheapest way into the hair-oil category.
Rs. 199 against a stated Rs. 250 — 20%, for 200 ml at Rs. 1.00 a millilitre, the read's floor.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 199 for 200 ml of beard shaping gel — a rupee a millilitre, the cheapest unit here.
Rs. 299 against a stated Rs. 375 — 20%, for 100 g of coffee-grain de-tan scrub, sold in one size.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 299 for a 100 g face scrub — no pack, no bigger tub, nothing to check.
Rs. 299 against a stated Rs. 499 — 40%, for 50 g of tattoo aftercare gel, the shelf's narrowest brief.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 299 for tattoo shiner gel — a real product for a real, narrow problem.
Four rules from a 406-listing read. First, and it costs ten seconds: before adding any Beardo product to a basket, search its name and look at every size and pack the site sells. On this shelf that check saves Rs. 248 on a dandruff shampoo, Rs. 448 on a lip lightener and Rs. 1,098 on an anti-grey serum — and it stops you losing Rs. 102 on a Beer Shampoo two-pack or Rs. 52 on a hair serum three-pack. Second, use the badge depth as a rough tell on same-product packs, then verify it. Every multipack here that genuinely saves money wears 50% or more; every one that costs the same or more wears 14% or less. That correlation exists because pack MRPs are the single's MRP multiplied by the pack size, so a real pack discount produces a large percentage automatically. Under twenty per cent on a pack of the same thing, go and check the single. Third, invert that rule entirely for size ladders, where the badge misleads in the opposite direction: the better-value larger bottle repeatedly wears the shallower discount, because Beardo declares honest MRPs on some large sizes and inflated ones on others. Read the millilitres, not the percentage — Rs. 2.99/ml versus Rs. 1.50/ml on the same facewash is a real difference that no badge on either page mentions. Fourth, check for duplicate listings before you pay: the Ape-X Prime 3-in-1 Trimmer appears twice on this site, once at Rs. 999 and once at Rs. 1,499, and the Ape-X EZ Trimmer appears at Rs. 699 and Rs. 749 against the same Rs. 995 MRP. Our Beardo coupon page tracks live codes, and our per-millilitre read of the fragrance shelf and the one-price-forty-MRPs count cover how the same disorder plays out on the perfume side.

Every price, stated MRP and discount percentage on this page comes from beardo.in's own Shopify product feed, pulled on July 31, 2026 — 406 in-stock listings, of which 167 are grooming products outside the fragrance shelf, priced from Rs. 115 to Rs. 2,999. Beardo's feed publishes no ratings and no review counts on any listing, so no pick on this page carries a rating pill. We do not have that data and will not invent it.
Where a product existed in more than one size or pack, we priced each rung per millilitre or per gram and against the cost of buying the singles separately. That comparison is the whole finding: the Dandruff Control shampoo's second bottle costs Rs. 51, while the Beer Shampoo's second bottle costs Rs. 401 — Rs. 700 for the pack of two against Rs. 598 for two singles. The Anti Grey Hair Serum's pack of three (Rs. 999) undercuts its own pack of two (Rs. 1,099). The De-Tan Facewash is Rs. 299 whether you buy 100 ml or 200 ml.
It did not — it inverted. The five multipacks that genuinely save money wear badges of 50%, 50%, 58%, 63% and 50%. The four that cost the same or more than the singles wear 0%, 0%, 14% and 10%. But within the size ladders the inversion runs the other way: the 100 ml De-Tan Facewash wears 0% while the twice-as-large 200 ml bottle at the same price wears 40%, and the 100 ml Ultraglow Bodywash wears a deeper badge (20%) than the better-value 200 ml (15%). The multipack MRPs are the single's MRP multiplied by the pack size, which is how a Rs. 999 listing wears 63%.
Each card gives the selling price, the stated MRP, the volume or pack size, and — where one exists — what the same product costs in its other sizes, so the comparison the two product pages never make sits in one place. Stated MRPs are Beardo's own declared figures, which we report and do not verify as prices anything sold at; several are transparently the single's MRP multiplied out. Prices read July 31, 2026 and can change without notice.
Sometimes dramatically, sometimes not at all, and there is no way to tell from the page. In our July 31, 2026 read of 406 listings, the Dandruff Control shampoo's pack of two cost Rs. 350 against Rs. 598 for two singles — a second bottle for Rs. 51 — and the Anti Grey Hair Serum's pack of three cost Rs. 999 against Rs. 2,097 for three singles. But the Beer Shampoo pack of two cost Rs. 700 against Rs. 598 for two singles, the Hair Serum pack of three cost Rs. 799 against Rs. 747, and the Godfather Beard Wash and Beard & Hair Growth Oil two-packs each cost exactly one rupee more than their singles. Check the single's price before buying any pack.
On the wash shelf, the De-Tan Bodywash 500 ml at Rs. 599 works out to Rs. 1.20 a millilitre, the lowest of any rinse-off product we read — against Rs. 1.50 for the 200 ml bottle and Rs. 1.25 for the twin-pack of 200 ml. The cheapest millilitre of anything in the read is the Beard Shaping Gel, 200 ml at Rs. 199, or exactly one rupee a millilitre. The most striking case is the De-Tan Facewash, which costs Rs. 299 in both its 100 ml and 200 ml sizes — the larger bottle is literally twice the product for the same money, and it is the smaller one that shows no discount.
No, and on the size ladders it usually means the opposite. Multipack MRPs on this shelf appear to be the single product's MRP multiplied by the pack size, so any genuine pack saving automatically produces a large percentage — every multipack that saved money in our read wore 50% or more, and every one that cost the same or more wore 14% or less. But among different sizes of the same product, the better-value larger bottle repeatedly wore the shallower badge: the 100 ml Ultraglow Bodywash showed 20% off while the better-value 200 ml showed 15%. Read the rupees and the millilitres.
The Max Sunscreen Cooling Gel SPF 60+ PA++++ at Rs. 349 for 50 g, on the simple grounds that it is the only category on this shelf whose benefit is settled rather than argued. PA++++ is the highest UVA rating on the Japanese scale, and UVA drives the photoageing and tanning that Beardo's four de-tan products are sold to reverse after the fact. It is sold in one size with no multipack, so there is nothing to check. For a cheap daily cleanser, the Neem Facewash at Rs. 199 for 100 ml is the least expensive useful thing in the read and also sold in a single size.
Not in the product feed we read. Across all 406 in-stock listings pulled from beardo.in on July 31, 2026, not one carried a rating value or a review count, which is why no pick on this page shows a rating pill and why our assessments rest on price arithmetic, stated specifications and general category knowledge rather than customer scores. Where we are sceptical of a product — anti-grey serums, tan-removal claims on rinse-off washes — that is our own editorial judgement about what the category can deliver, not a summary of what buyers reported.
