Zouk Refund and Return Policy

For exchanging products raise the concern within 48 hours from the delivery date. Return product must be unused and in the same condition. The product must be in original packaging with tags and invoices. The team will approve the request within 24 hours. Once the request is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged. The return or exchange process takes approx. 10-15 working days. Zouk's refunds will be credited as a gift card.
