Vijay Sales Loyalty Points 2026: 0.75% Back, In-Store Redemption Only

Vijay Sales runs a card-less loyalty programme called MYVS Rewards. Its own published terms set the earn rate at 0.75% of the final purchase amount, paid as reward points, and each point is worth Rs. 1 when you spend it. Your mobile number is the account — there is no card.

You can earn those points at a Vijay Sales outlet or on vijaysales.com. You cannot spend them on both. The terms say accumulated points are redeemed at any Vijay Sales outlet, by giving your registered mobile number at the billing desk, and state plainly that points cannot be redeemed online at vijaysales.com.

That is the single most important line in the document for most people reading this page. If you buy from Vijay Sales because it delivers to your door, you are accumulating a balance you can only ever convert by physically visiting a store. Vijay Sales' own delivery terms describe a footprint centred on Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat, Delhi-NCR, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, so whether that is a minor inconvenience or a dead balance depends entirely on where you live.

The honest summary is that this is a modest programme. A Rs. 40,000 television earns you Rs. 300. A Rs. 15,000 washing machine earns Rs. 112. At the other end there is a hard stop. Points are valid for 2 years from the date of invoice and lapse automatically if unredeemed. The terms add that points once lapsed or redeemed cannot be re-credited or reversed.

There is also no retrospective fix if you forget to identify yourself. The mobile number is the whole account, and the terms warn that failing to give the correct registered number at billing may mean the points for that purchase are never credited. If a discrepancy does appear, the terms ask you to produce a copy of the bill.

This is the part worth reading twice, because it can reach into a refund. If you return a product, the terms say the points earned on that purchase are debited from your MYVS Rewards account — which is reasonable enough on its own.

The complication is if you have already spent them. In that case the terms provide that the value of those points is deducted from the refund, at Rs. 1 per point, where it cannot be taken back out of the points account. So points spent on a later purchase can quietly reduce the cash you get back on an earlier one.

If you shop only online: temper your expectations. You will earn at the same rate and you will not be able to spend any of it without visiting an outlet. If there is no Vijay Sales store you can reasonably reach, treat the balance as unusable rather than as a discount you are banking.

Either way, do not let it choose the retailer. At 0.75%, a Rs. 40,000 TV earns Rs. 300 — less than the price gap you will often find between retailers on the same model. Compare the actual price first; take the points as a small bonus if Vijay Sales wins on price anyway.
