There is no return window. There is a check at your front door

Free delivery on everything — if you live in one of nine areas

The charge people do not expect: split AC installation

Paying: a Rs. 50,000 cash ceiling and Indian cards only
Cash on delivery is available, but narrowly: only in Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and Delhi, where Vijay Sales has stores, only on products showing the COD icon, and capped at Rs. 50,000 per transaction. Collection happens between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm at the billing address you provided, against an official receipt.
Otherwise the accepted methods are credit cards, debit cards and net banking. The terms specify Indian cards only — international cards are not supported, and Vijay Sales reserves the right to cancel an order placed on a card with an international billing address. That is worth knowing if you are buying from abroad for family in India.
Two further clauses to keep in view.
