Myntra Sunglasses MRP September 2026: 27 Listings Share One Rs. 1,999

Three pairs of sunglasses from this September 2026 read of Myntra listings - a black rectangle frame, a black wayfarer and a green-lens round frame - shown as they appear on their Myntra listing pages
Zoutons Picks — Myntra, September 2026

Twenty-four pairs read on 18 September. Twenty-seven of the 71 listings we pulled state the identical Rs. 1,999 - and charge anything from Rs. 301 to Rs. 1,999 against it.

Prices & codes last verified September 18, 2026

We read Myntra's sunglasses listings on 18 September 2026 and seated 24 of the 71 that returned both a price and an MRP. One number does most of the explaining: 27 of those listings, from eleven unrelated brands, state exactly Rs. 1,999 as their MRP, and the prices charged against it run from Rs. 301 to Rs. 1,999. Sixty-one of the 71 sell under Rs. 1,000. The frames at the loud end are mostly fine. The savings are arithmetic over a number the seller chose.

Every price below was pulled from Myntra on September 18, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Myntra coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.

“One Myntra in-house label sells a frame at Rs. 305 against a stated Rs. 1,999, and another at Rs. 1,999 against the identical stated Rs. 1,999.” Zoutons Editorial Team

Four rules for buying sunglasses on Myntra

First: ignore the badge and read the selling price on its own. On a shelf where 27 listings from eleven brands state the identical Rs. 1,999, the crossed-out number carries no information about any individual frame - the same in-house label uses it to justify Rs. 305 on one listing and to charge Rs. 1,999 on another. Second: buy where the ratings are. The Rs. 799 Voyage has 6,881 of them and the Rs. 398 LEGEND EYEWEAR wayfarer has 880 at a 4.4 average; at the top of this shelf, three of the four listings we seated above Rs. 1,300 publish nothing at all. Third: check for a shared pool. Open the frame in a second colour or a near-identical listing, and if the rating count matches to the digit - as it does on the two Woggles rectangles here, 1,073 each at Rs. 536 and Rs. 548 - you are looking at one pool and possibly one product, so compare both prices before tapping. Fourth: if glare is the actual problem, pay for polarisation and nothing else. Only three seated listings state it, the cheapest at Rs. 536; everything else on this page states tinting and UV protection, which are not the same specification.

What we skipped — and why

What we skipped, and why: our pull returned 71 listings across the four sunglasses pages, and the biggest group left out was the unrated tail. Twenty-five listings publish no rating and no count at all, and we seated four of them - the Mast & Harbour at Rs. 1,999, the LensKandy at Rs. 891, the Musk Eyewear at Rs. 1,469 and the Lee Cooper at Rs. 1,501 - because each one made a point about pricing, while leaving out Eyejack, GYNK, Brostin, EYMEN I, Rozzetta craft, JODYKOES, Lenskart HUSTLR and several unrated Roadster and Mast & Harbour listings, where no feedback and an invented MRP together give a reader nothing to weigh. We also dropped thin samples, including a Red Tape listing with five ratings and a Roadster with five. Where a brand repeated - Voyage returned nine listings, Mast & Harbour eight, Roadster five and Artrue five - we seated the best-evidenced few rather than the whole run, except for the two Woggles rectangles, which are both here deliberately. Every listing whose photograph duplicated one already used was dropped. Nothing was excluded for an inflated MRP.

What we look for

We group the shelf by the MRP the listing states, not by the price it charges

It is the variable that makes this shelf legible. Twenty-seven of the 71 listings we pulled state exactly Rs. 1,999 as their MRP, and they come from eleven different brands - Artrue, Dervin, FUNGLASSES, HAYDEN haiza, LEGEND EYEWEAR, Mast & Harbour, Provogue, Roadster, Rozzetta craft, Vincent Chase and WROGN. Against that one identical figure the selling prices run Rs. 301 to Rs. 1,999. A number that eleven unrelated sellers print on twenty-seven different frames is a convention of the category, not a measurement of any one of them.

We name the single listing that charges the club's MRP in full

Mast & Harbour, one of Myntra's own in-house labels, has a listing at Rs. 305 against a stated Rs. 1,999 and another at Rs. 1,999 against the identical stated Rs. 1,999. Same seller, same stated MRP, two selling prices 6.6 times apart, read in the same session. That pair is the control group for every percentage on this page, and it is the reason we do not describe any badge here as a saving.

We check whether a rating count belongs to the listing or to a family

Two Woggles rectangle listings in this read publish 4.1 from exactly 1,073 ratings each, at Rs. 536 and Rs. 548, with the same stated MRP of Rs. 1,312. An identical count to the digit means one pool, not two verdicts - either one product listed twice or a platform pooling feedback across a style family, which Myntra does routinely. Both are seated here so the duplicate is visible rather than described, and both cards say so.

We say plainly where there is no evidence at all

Twenty-five of the 71 listings in our pull publish no rating and no rating count whatsoever, and the concentration is at the top of the shelf: of the four listings seated above Rs. 1,300, three publish nothing. We print a rating pill only where a listing carries at least 20 ratings, so the Mast & Harbour's 4.2 from five and the SUNGLASSIC's 4.1 from fifteen appear in the text and never as a pill.

We do not repeat lens claims we cannot test

Nothing on this page was worn, measured or lens-tested. 'UV protected', 'polarised', every frame material and every model code are the sellers' own listing text, quoted as such and never as a finding. Polarisation is the one specification here that would justify paying more, and exactly three seated listings state it - two Woggles and one Vincent Chase - which is why we name them rather than assume it anywhere else.

FAQs

Are the 80 per cent discounts on Myntra sunglasses real?

Not as savings. In our 18 September 2026 read, 27 of the 71 listings state exactly the same MRP, Rs. 1,999, across eleven unrelated brands - Artrue, Dervin, FUNGLASSES, HAYDEN haiza, LEGEND EYEWEAR, Mast & Harbour, Provogue, Roadster, Rozzetta craft, Vincent Chase and WROGN. Against that one figure the selling prices run Rs. 301 to Rs. 1,999. The clearest single case is Mast & Harbour, one of Myntra's own labels, which sells one frame at Rs. 305 with an 85 per cent badge and another at Rs. 1,999 with no badge at all, both against the identical stated Rs. 1,999. Displaying a stated MRP is lawful; it is simply not evidence of a saving.

Which Myntra sunglasses are the best value right now?

On published evidence, the LEGEND EYEWEAR wayfarer at Rs. 398 - 4.4 from 880 ratings, the best average-and-sample combination under Rs. 500 in our read. If you want the largest crowd behind your purchase, the Voyage round frame at Rs. 799 carries 6,881 ratings at 4.4, far more than anything else on the shelf. And if glare rather than fashion is the problem, the Vincent Chase polarised wayfarer at Rs. 699 is the one we would buy: Lenskart's house brand, a stated polarised lens, and the smallest discount claims in the whole Rs. 1,999 group.

Why do two Myntra sunglasses listings show the same number of ratings?

Because Myntra pools feedback across a style family rather than attaching it to a single listing - and because the same product is sometimes listed twice. Our pull caught it here: two Woggles rectangle listings both publish 4.1 from exactly 1,073 ratings, both state an MRP of Rs. 1,312 and both claim a polarised lens, at Rs. 536 and Rs. 548. An identical count to the digit means one pool, not two independent verdicts. The practical consequence is small but real: check both listings, because the cheaper one is not always the one search shows you first.

Is it worth paying for polarised sunglasses?

If your problem is reflected glare - off a wet road, water, or a car bonnet - yes, because polarisation filters that specific horizontally-reflected light in a way that a darker tint does not. If you simply want the world dimmer, a UV protected tint does the job. Only three of the listings seated here state polarisation: two Woggles frames at Rs. 536 and Rs. 548, and the Vincent Chase at Rs. 699, with the Carlton London at Rs. 735 also stating it. Those are the sellers' own listing claims and we have not lens-tested any of them; after delivery you can check by holding the lens to a phone screen and rotating it.

Why do so many Myntra sunglasses listings have no rating at all?

Because the catalogue turns over faster than feedback accumulates, and because the expensive end sells in smaller numbers. Twenty-five of the 71 listings in our pull publish no rating and no rating count, and they cluster at the top: of the four listings we seated above Rs. 1,300, three publish nothing - the Musk Eyewear at Rs. 1,469, the Lee Cooper at Rs. 1,501 and the LensKandy at Rs. 891. That is the shelf's real trade-off. The cheap end has thousands of ratings and fictional MRPs; the dear end has credible MRPs and almost no evidence.

More Myntra coverage on Zoutons

How Zoutons picks deals Zoutons may earn a commission when you buy through links on this page. Every selling price, MRP, discount badge, rating average and rating count here was read on 18 September 2026 from myntra.com's own listing data across the sunglasses, men's sunglasses, women's sunglasses and unisex sunglasses pages, logged out, in India. Seventy-one listings returned both a selling price and a stated MRP and 24 are seated, chosen for price, badge size and evidence spread after removing every listing whose product photograph duplicated one already used. Rating averages are rounded to one decimal place from the figures Myntra publishes, and a rating pill is printed only where a listing carries at least 20 ratings. Where our own pull found the identical rating count on a second listing - the two Woggles rectangles, 1,073 ratings each - the card says so, because Myntra pools feedback across a style family; we have not audited Myntra's ratings beyond what our pull returned, and we do not know which of the two listings, if either, is a duplicate of the other. An MRP is the figure the listing displays and we have not verified that any frame sold at it, so every percentage here is arithmetic over two numbers the seller chose rather than a measured saving. The observation that twenty-seven listings share one stated MRP is a description of what our pull returned and is offered as context for reading discount badges; it is not an allegation about any brand, seller or platform, no wrongdoing by anyone named here is alleged or implied, and displaying a stated MRP is lawful. The grouping of brands by whether they operate their own retail in India is our own characterisation based on those brands' publicly known presence. Lens specifications - 'UV protected', 'polarised' - frame materials and model codes are the sellers' listing text and were not verified; nothing here was worn, measured or lens-tested. Prices change without notice and can differ at checkout after coupons or bank offers; re-check before paying.
