An offers page is mostly adjectives. Almost every headline on MakeMyTrip's is an "Up to" with an asterisk after it — a ceiling, not a price.
The dates are different. We read the page on 20 October 2026 and wrote down what each card says expires when: five airline sales, the first two ending 22 October, and a month-end wall on 31 October for most of the rest.

📅 Update log:
20 October 2026 — First publication. Read the same day: makemytrip.com/offers/ via a rendered headless fetch, logged out, from India, with nothing booked, no code applied and MakeMyTrip not contacted; 98 offer cards captured. Recorded from this read: five airline-specific sales, namely Batik Air ("LIVE NOW", Kuala Lumpur flights starting at Rs. 14,376*, expires 22 Oct), Malaysia Airlines (up to 35% off, 22 Oct), Air Astana (free baggage allowance, 26 Oct), Lufthansa (up to 10% off, 31 Oct) and IndiGo (flat 7% off, 30 Dec); twelve general flight and trip cards, most stamped 31 Oct, with villas and homestays at flat 20% ending 24 Oct, trips at up to 35% ending 27 Oct, a 30% EMI card ending 30 Oct, and a Diwali card offering train-ticket cancellation at Rs. 0 to 31 Oct; nine cards running hour-level countdowns ("Expires in 15h:58m" at the time of reading), which are same-day flash slots and had lapsed before publication - none of their figures are quoted on this page; and one card headed "Get Flat 50% OFF*" still on display carrying its own stamp "Expires on 30 Sep", three weeks past, recorded exactly as seen with no claim made about it either way. Batik Air's is the only airline card carrying a fare figure; every other states a percentage only.
Four airline sales, and the earliest ends on 22 October
We read MakeMyTrip's offers page on 20 October 2026 — 98 cards, rendered, logged out, from India. Every date, percentage and fare below is the card's own printed text.
Five airline-specific sales were running, and their dates are what separate them. Batik Air and Malaysia Airlines were both stamped "Expires on 22 Oct"; Air Astana 26 October; Lufthansa 31 October; IndiGo runs on to 30 December.
One thing worth noticing before the tables: on this page the expiry date is usually the only number that is not an "Up to".
The five airline sales, as printed
| Airline | What the card says | Expires |
|---|
| Batik Air | "LIVE NOW: Sale by Batik Air" — "with Flights to Kuala Lumpur Starting @ Rs. 14,376*" | 22 Oct |
| Malaysia Airlines | "Sale by Malaysia Airlines with Up to 35% OFF*" | 22 Oct |
| Air Astana | "Sale by Air Astana: FREE* Baggage Allowance" | 26 Oct |
| Lufthansa | "Sale by Lufthansa with Up to 10% OFF*" | 31 Oct |
| IndiGo | "Sale by IndiGo with FLAT 7% OFF*" | 30 Dec |
Batik Air's is the only airline card on the page carrying a fare. "Flights to Kuala Lumpur Starting @ Rs. 14,376*" — a starting fare, with MakeMyTrip's own asterisk, which means the cheapest advertised combination of date, route and fare class rather than a price for your trip. Every other airline card states a percentage and no fare at all.
Air Astana's is the only one of the five that is not a discount: it offers "FREE* Baggage Allowance" rather than money off the fare. Worth knowing before comparing it against a percentage.
We did not book anything and did not test any route. These are offers read off a page.
The general flight and trip offers, and when they stop
| What the card says | Expires |
|---|
| "Grab Up to Rs. 9000 OFF* on Flights." | 31 Oct |
| "Grab Upto 12% OFF* on Flights" | 31 Oct |
| "Fly Around the World with FLAT 8% OFF*" | 31 Oct |
| "Grab FLAT 10% OFF* on Business Class Flight Fares." | 31 Oct |
| "Up to 35% OFF* + INTEREST-FREE* EMI" | 31 Oct |
| "Avail Interest-free EMI* + Up to 35% OFF*" | 31 Oct |
| "Up to 25% OFF* + Additional Savings on EMI" | 31 Oct |
| "Grab Up to 30% OFF* + Interest-FREE* EMI" | 30 Oct |
| "Travel Across the Country with Up to 12% OFF*" | 31 Oct |
| "Grab Up to 35% OFF* on Trips." | 27 Oct |
| "Grab FLAT 20% OFF* on Villas & Homestays!" | 24 Oct |
| "For Your Diwali Trip: Cancel Train Ticket at Rs. 0*." | 31 Oct |
31 October is the common wall. Most of MakeMyTrip's non-airline flight cards — the Rs. 9,000-off, the 12%, the flat 8% international, the business-class 10% and the EMI-paired ones — all carry the same month-end date.
Three end sooner: villas and homestays at flat 20% on 24 October, trips at up to 35% on 27 October, and the 30% EMI card on 30 October.
The Diwali card is the odd one out and the most concrete: "Cancel Train Ticket at Rs. 0*", to 31 October. It is a fee waiver rather than a discount, so there is no percentage to hedge.
Read the date on the card, not the page
| What the card's date looks like | How often | What it means |
|---|
| A calendar date ("Expires on 22 Oct") | Most cards on the page | The only figure on a card that is not hedged |
| An hour-level countdown ("Expires in 15h:58m") | 9 cards at the time of reading | Same-day flash slots. These had expired before this page was published — treat any countdown card as gone unless you are looking at it live |
| A date already in the past ("Expires on 30 Sep") | 1 card, headed "Get Flat 50% OFF*" | Still displayed on 20 October, three weeks after its own stamp. Recorded as seen; we make no claim about whether it is honourable |
| No date at all | Several cards, some marked only "Copy Code" | No expiry is printed, so none can be quoted here |
Two of these four categories are traps. An hour-level countdown is a same-day slot — nine cards were running one when we read the page, and all of them had lapsed before this page went live. None of their figures appear anywhere above.
And one card was still on display three weeks after its own expiry date — "Get Flat 50% OFF*", stamped "Expires on 30 Sep", seen on 20 October. We record that exactly as we saw it. We are not suggesting MakeMyTrip has misled anyone; stale tiles are ordinary on large offers pages, and the date may have been extended without the label changing.
The useful habit is small: before you count on an offer, look at the date printed on the card, and check whether it is a calendar date, a countdown, or already past.
How we read this page, and what we did not do
Everything above was captured in a single rendered read of makemytrip.com/offers/ on 20 October 2026, logged out and from India. Quotations are the card text verbatim, including MakeMyTrip's own asterisks and its own capitalisation of "FLAT" and "Up to".
What we did not do matters as much. We did not book, did not search a route, did not apply a code, and did not contact MakeMyTrip. So nothing here confirms that any discount applies to any particular route, date or fare class, or that the Kuala Lumpur starting fare is available for your trip. Airfare and offer terms both move faster than a published page can.
An offers page is a starting point, not a quotation. Check the live card, read what sits behind its asterisk, and compare the discounted figure against a plain search before deciding it is a saving.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which MakeMyTrip flight offers end first?
The two 22 October cards. Read on 20 October 2026, MakeMyTrip's offers page carried "LIVE NOW: Sale by Batik Air ... with Flights to Kuala Lumpur Starting @ Rs. 14,376*" and "Sale by Malaysia Airlines with Up to 35% OFF*", both stamped "Expires on 22 Oct". Air Astana's free baggage allowance card is stamped 26 October and Lufthansa's "Up to 10% OFF*" 31 October. IndiGo's "FLAT 7% OFF*" runs to 30 December. Those are the dates MakeMyTrip printed on the cards — check the live card before booking, because an offers page can change in a day.
Is Rs. 14,376 what a Kuala Lumpur flight costs?
No — it is a starting fare, and it is the only fare figure any airline card on the page carried. The card's exact words are "Flights to Kuala Lumpur Starting @ Rs. 14,376*", with the asterisk MakeMyTrip itself prints. A starting fare is the cheapest combination of date, route and fare class the airline is willing to advertise, not a price for your dates. Airfares move hourly. We did not book, did not test any route and make no claim that this fare is available now. Every other airline card on the page stated a percentage with no fare at all.
What does "Up to 35% OFF*" actually promise?
Up to. Almost every headline figure on the offers page is an "Up to" carrying an asterisk — which points at terms that set the qualifying routes, dates, fare classes, booking windows and maximum discount amount. A handful of cards say "FLAT" instead, which is the stronger wording: IndiGo's "FLAT 7% OFF*", "FLAT 8% OFF*" on international flights, "FLAT 10% OFF*" on business class fares, "FLAT 20% OFF*" on villas and homestays. Even those keep the asterisk. The honest way to read any of them is as a ceiling with conditions attached, and to check the figure against your own search before assuming it applies.
Why is an offer dated 30 September still on the page in October?
We do not know, and we are not going to guess. What we can report is what the page displayed: on 20 October 2026 a card headed "Get Flat 50% OFF*" was still shown, carrying its own stamp "Expires on 30 Sep" — three weeks past. It may be a stale tile, a date that was extended without the label being updated, or something else entirely; we have no evidence either way and we are not suggesting MakeMyTrip has misled anyone. The practical lesson is narrow and useful: read the date printed on the card itself rather than assuming everything displayed on an offers page is current.
What about the offers showing a countdown in hours?
Treat them as gone. Nine cards were running hour-level countdowns when we read the page — "Expires in 15h:58m" and similar — which makes them same-day flash slots that had already lapsed before this page was published. They are listed nowhere on this page as live offers, and no code or figure from them is quoted here, because quoting a dead flash deal as current is exactly the thing a coupon page should not do. If you see a countdown card on MakeMyTrip, it is only real while the clock on it is running.

Zoutons may earn a commission when you book through links on this page. Every date, percentage, fare and quotation above was read on 20 October 2026 from MakeMyTrip's own offers page at makemytrip.com/offers/, in a single rendered fetch, logged out, from India — with nothing booked, no route searched, no code applied and MakeMyTrip not contacted. THESE ARE OFFERS READ OFF A PAGE, NOT OFFERS TESTED. Nothing here confirms that any discount applies to any particular route, date, fare class or booking, or that any fare is available now. "UP TO" MEANS UP TO: almost every headline figure on the page carries MakeMyTrip's own asterisk, pointing at terms that set qualifying routes, dates, booking windows and a maximum discount amount. The Rs. 14,376 Kuala Lumpur figure is a STARTING fare advertised by the airline, not a price for your trip; airfares move hourly and will differ. OFFERS EXPIRE. Nine cards on the page were running hour-level countdowns when we read it and had lapsed before publication; their figures are deliberately not quoted here. One card was still displayed carrying its own stamp "Expires on 30 Sep" — we report that exactly as seen and make NO claim that it is or is not honourable, and we do NOT allege that MakeMyTrip has misled anyone. Stale tiles are ordinary on large offers pages. Always read the date and the terms on the live card before relying on an offer; what MakeMyTrip publishes at the time you book prevails over anything here. This page is not travel, financial or booking advice.
