All 212 products in Libas's Diwali Sale, read on 25 October 2026. Every one is discounted. The percentage tells you how big the stated MRP is, not how little you pay.
Libas's Diwali Sale is real and it is deep. We read all 212 products in the brand's own collection feed on 25 October 2026: every one of the 996 variants is marked down, prices run Rs. 679 to Rs. 3,729 and badges 44% to 89%. It is in fact deeper than Libas advertises — its own page says '50 - 70% Off', and 107 of the 212 beat 70%. What the badge will not tell you is what you pay. Group the sale by discount band and the median price hardly moves — Rs. 1,789, Rs. 1,999, Rs. 1,774, Rs. 1,669, Rs. 1,199 — while the median stated MRP climbs from Rs. 3,299 to Rs. 6,749. Two kurtas below both cost Rs. 699; one is badged 89%, the other 83%.
Every price below was pulled from Libas on October 25, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Libas coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.
The four deepest discounts in the sale. Three of them print the same Rs. 6,599 stated MRP - and one costs exactly what the 89% garment costs while showing a 83% badge.

Identical badges at Rs. 1,479 and Rs. 2,399; a 69% garment that undercuts a 70% one. Within a band, the percentage tells you nothing about the money.
Rs. 2,399, stated Rs. 7,999, badged 70%, no rating published by Libas
Why it earned its spot it sits exactly on the top of the band Libas advertises and is among the dearest things in the sale.
Rs. 1,599, stated Rs. 5,349, badged 70%, no rating published by Libas
Why it earned its spot it shows an identical badge to pick 11 at two-thirds the price.
Rs. 1,479, stated Rs. 4,999, badged 70%, no rating published by Libas
Why it earned its spot its stated MRP of Rs. 4,999 is printed on 19 products across the sale.

Why it earned its spot it undercuts pick 12 while carrying the shallower badge.
Rs. 1,619, stated Rs. 5,199, badged 69%, no rating published by Libas
Why it earned its spot it completes the band and holds its median price almost exactly.
Five products badged 45% to 59% - including the dearest garment on this page at Rs. 3,349, and two discounted below the 50% floor Libas advertises.
Rs. 2,229, stated Rs. 5,499, badged 59%, no rating published by Libas
Why it earned its spot it is the clearest counter-example on the page: a shallow badge on a relatively expensive garment.
Rs. 3,349, stated Rs. 7,999, badged 58%, no rating published by Libas
Why it earned its spot it is the most expensive pick on this page and nowhere near the deepest discount.
Rs. 1,849, stated Rs. 3,699, badged 50%, no rating published by Libas
Why it earned its spot it sits precisely on the bottom of the advertised band.
Rs. 1,759, stated Rs. 3,199, badged 45%, no rating published by Libas
Why it earned its spot it is one of only seven products discounted less than the advertised minimum.
Rs. 2,199, stated Rs. 3,999, badged 45%, no rating published by Libas
Why it earned its spot it is the page's closing argument: the shallowest badge on one of the dearer garments.
First, compare the selling prices, never the badges. In this sale the 80-89% band has a median price of Rs. 1,199 and the 44-49% band a median of Rs. 1,789 — but that is because the deep-badged garments carry stated MRPs twice the size, not because the shallow ones are a rip-off. Within a band the badge is close to meaningless: two garments here are both badged 77% at Rs. 1,499 and Rs. 1,799. Second, check your own size before falling for a price. Of the 212 products, 17 were entirely sold out and 131 were missing at least one size when we read the feed. Third, read the saree listings carefully. Several are sold 'with unstitched blouse piece', which means a tailoring cost the price does not include. Fourth, expect no review signal. Libas publishes no star average or review count in its own collection feed, so there is no crowd verdict to sort these by.

Each selling price, stated MRP and discount percentage on this page came from the product data libas.in itself serves for its /collections/diwali-sale feed, read on 25 October 2026, logged out, from India, with nothing bought. The collection held 212 products across 996 variants, every one of them carrying a stated list price above its selling price. Twenty are seated below. Every count, median and range on this page is computed over all 212, not over the twenty.
Our first sample came from Libas's site-wide product feed and showed only 67 of 1,191 variants marked down — which would have supported a 'the sale is not real' page. That sample was wrong. The root feed returns the first 1,000 products and the Diwali Sale collection is not inside that window. Read through the collection itself, 996 of 996 variants are discounted. We are recording the error because the conclusion would have been the opposite of the truth.
We expected the deepest markdowns to sit on broken size runs — the usual pattern on an end-of-season rack. It does not hold here. The 71-79% band has the best size availability in the sale (a median of 45% of sizes in stock, and 40 of its 96 products with a complete run), while the shallow 44-49% band has the worst. Because the claim failed the test, this page does not make it.
A stated MRP is the figure a listing prints above its price. We report those figures and compare them across the sale — 65 distinct stated MRPs cover 212 products, with Rs. 6,999 on 24 of them, Rs. 5,999 on 21 and Rs. 4,999 on 19 — but nothing here asserts that any such figure is false, improper or unlawful. Round list prices and a wide discount range are ordinary retail practice, reported as fact and not as allegation.
No claim is made about fabric, fit, stitching, colourfastness, shrinkage or sizing. 'Silk Blend', 'Cotton', 'Embroidered' and 'Self Design' are Libas's own printed words, reproduced here and not independently verified — and sarees listed 'with unstitched blouse piece' carry a tailoring cost the price does not include. Our descriptions of what each photograph shows are our own reading of the published image.
Between 44% and 89%, with a median of 71% — so the sale is genuinely deep, and in fact deeper than Libas advertises it. We read all 212 products in libas.in's own Diwali Sale collection on 25 October 2026, and every one of the 996 variants carried a stated list price above its selling price. Libas's own collection page describes it as 'Get 50 - 70% Off on All Ethnic Wear', but that band holds for only 98 of the 212 products: 107 are discounted more than 70% and 7 are discounted less than 50%. So under half the sale actually sits inside the advertised range. In cash terms, prices run from Rs. 679 to Rs. 3,729, median Rs. 1,694, against stated MRPs from Rs. 1,999 to Rs. 11,049. Nothing was bought and these are the figures Libas's own feed published on the day.
No — and this is the single most useful thing on this page. Group all 212 products by discount band and the median selling price barely moves, while the median stated MRP climbs steadily. At 44-49% off the median price is Rs. 1,789; at 50-59% it is Rs. 1,999; at 60-70%, Rs. 1,774; at 71-79%, Rs. 1,669; at 80-89%, Rs. 1,199. The stated MRPs over the same bands go Rs. 3,299 / Rs. 4,499 / Rs. 4,999 / Rs. 6,749 / Rs. 6,599. In other words the discount percentage is mostly telling you how big the number above the price is, not how little you pay. The clearest single case is on this page: two garments both priced at Rs. 699, one badged 89% and the other 83% — the difference is entirely a Rs. 6,599 stated MRP against a Rs. 3,999 one.
In this read the floor is Rs. 699, and two products share it: a Gerua blue self-design anarkali kurta with trousers (stated Rs. 6,599, badged 89% — the deepest badge in the sale) and a Libas white self-design cotton A-line kurta with trousers (stated Rs. 3,999, badged 83%). They cost the same. The sale's overall price range is Rs. 679 to Rs. 3,729, with a median of Rs. 1,694, so most of the collection sits well under Rs. 2,000. One caution on the cheapest end: of the 212 products, 17 were entirely sold out and 131 had only part of their size run left at the time of reading, so availability in your own size is worth checking before planning around a particular garment. Stock moves continuously and we bought nothing.
We expected so, tested it, and the answer is no. It is the standard assumption about any deep markdown, so we checked the size availability of all 212 products against their discount band before writing. The 71-79% band — the largest in the sale at 96 products — has the best availability of any band, with a median of 45% of its sizes in stock and 40 products carrying a complete size run. The shallow 44-49% band has the worst, at a median of 20%. So the pattern runs the opposite way to the folk wisdom, at least on the day we read it. Several of the deepest-discounted garments seated on this page have every size live. That said, 17 products were fully sold out and 131 of 212 were missing at least one size, so broken runs are common across the sale generally — they are just not concentrated at the deep end.
We cannot answer that from this read, and we are not going to guess. This page covers only libas.in's own Diwali Sale collection, read on 25 October 2026; we did not price the same garments on any marketplace on the same day, and Libas's styles are listed with different product codes in different places, so matching them reliably takes a like-for-like check we have not done here. What we can offer is the method: compare the selling prices, not the discount badges, because as this page shows the badge is a function of whatever list price each channel chooses to print. Note too that Libas's own sale includes items listed 'with unstitched blouse piece', which carry a tailoring cost the price does not include — a real difference when comparing a saree here against a ready-stitched listing elsewhere. Prices on both channels change daily.
