Rs. 3.99 or Rs. 13.20 a Tablet — 21 HealthKart Picks

HealthKart July 2026 Zoutons Picks collage — Simply Herbal glutathione three-pack, Now glutathione capsules, GNC triple strength fish oil and Vlado's Himalayan Organics biotin
Zoutons Picks — HealthKart, July 2026

Two biotins state the same 10,000 mcg dose. One costs Rs. 3.99 a tablet, the other Rs. 13.20 — and the expensive one wears the smaller discount badge.

Prices & codes last verified July 29, 2026

The short of it HealthKart, read across 195 discounted vitamin listings on July 29 — divide before you read the badge. The gap: Rs. 3.99 against Rs. 13.20 for one dose. The trap: the same MRP on one box and two. The blank: a capsule with no dose stated. The evidence: 111 ratings against a 5.0 from one.

We read HealthKart's own category listings on July 29, 2026 across ten paths — multivitamins, biotin, collagen, fish oil, vitamin D, calcium, antioxidants, glutathione, DHT blockers, alpha lipoic acid — and collected 195 in-stock products carrying a discount, most of them with a real customer rating and rating count attached. Supplements are the category where a discount badge does least work, and this sample shows why with unusual clarity. Pack sizes on this shelf run from thirty capsules to two hundred and forty, and the percentage is computed against each listing's own MRP, so it routinely disagrees with what you actually pay per tablet. Two Now vitamin D bottles here carry an identical 34% badge and differ by 43% per softgel. Two Vaamveda calcium listings state the same Rs. 999 reference price for one box and for two, producing badges of 71% and 50% that rank the worse-value option first — buy by percentage on that pair and you pay 14% more per tablet. A glutathione ladder from one seller runs Rs. 5.55, Rs. 6.58 and Rs. 9.15 a capsule across three pack sizes whose MRPs were simply multiplied by the pack size. And the sharpest gap of all: two biotins that both print 10,000 micrograms on the label cost Rs. 3.99 and Rs. 13.20 a tablet, with the expensive one wearing the smaller badge. That last pair only becomes visible because both listings state a dose, which is the other half of the problem — a great many listings on this shelf do not state one anywhere, and a per-capsule price without milligrams beside it cannot be compared to anything. One more thing worth carrying into the picks: of the 195 products, 143 carried a rating count, and within our twenty-one those counts run from one to a hundred and eleven. Two listings display a perfect five stars from a single rating. We have printed the count beside every score. Nothing on this page is medical advice, and doses at the top of these ranges are a conversation for a doctor. Our price-per-gram piece runs the same arithmetic on protein, and our HealthKart sale guide covers the wider shelf.

Every price below was pulled from HealthKart on July 29, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our HealthKart coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.

“Two biotin tablets, both printed 10,000 mcg. One costs Rs. 3.99 and the other Rs. 13.20 — and it is the Rs. 13.20 one that carries the smaller discount badge.” Zoutons Editorial Team

Where a real saving comes from on HealthKart

Four rules follow from a shelf where pack sizes do the work the badge pretends to do. First: divide. Find the tablet, capsule or softgel count in the title, divide the price by it, and write the number down — it is the only figure on the page that compares across brands, and it is never displayed. Second: check the dose is stated before you trust the division. A biotin at Rs. 6.10 a capsule with no milligrams on the label cannot be ranked against one at Rs. 3.99 with 10,000 mcg printed on it, and on this shelf an unstated dose is common enough to be a habit rather than an oversight. For calcium, look for elemental content specifically; for fish oil, look for EPA and DHA rather than total capsule weight, because a triple-strength softgel and a standard 1,000 mg one are not the same product at all. Third: buy the pack you will finish. The larger bottle is usually cheaper per unit — though not always, and one pair in our picks reverses it — and the real failure mode with supplements is running out and never reordering. Fourth: read the rating count and not the star. Two listings here show five stars from one rating; one shows 4.6 from a hundred and eleven. Our HealthKart coupon page tracks the codes and bank offers that move the final number, and our ratings guide and HK Vitals piece cover the house brand and its scores.

What we skipped — and why

What we skipped, and why: flavour variants of the same collagen and the same protein-adjacent powders, which the listings return as separate rows at identical prices. Combination stacks that bundle four products at a blended discount, since the whole point of this page is per-unit arithmetic and a bundle destroys it. Out-of-stock rows, which the data flags and we filtered. The collagen shelf, which ran to twenty-five listings almost none of which stated a peptide dose, and which deserves a piece of its own rather than a chapter. And the long middle of the vitamin D and calcium shelves between 20% and 35%, which is dozens of near-identical bottles distinguished only by the brand on the front.

What we look for

We read HealthKart's own category data, with ratings attached

Every price, MRP, rating and rating count here comes from healthkart.com's own category listings on July 29, 2026 — 195 in-stock discounted products across ten paths covering multivitamins, biotin, collagen, fish oil, vitamin D, calcium, antioxidants, glutathione, DHT blockers and alpha lipoic acid. Nothing is taken from a marketplace and nothing is computed from a badge alone.

Then we divided every price by the unit count

The badge on a supplement is close to useless because pack sizes vary so widely. Two Now vitamin D bottles carry an identical 34% badge and differ by 43% per softgel. Two Vaamveda calcium listings state the same Rs. 999 MRP for one box and for two, producing badges of 71% and 50% that rank the worse-value option higher. A glutathione ladder runs Rs. 5.55, Rs. 6.58 and Rs. 9.15 a capsule. Divide first; read the percentage afterwards, only to check it has not misled you.

And we checked whether the dose was stated at all

A per-capsule price means nothing without milligrams beside it, and a great many listings on this shelf do not state a dose anywhere in the title. Two biotins here state 10,000 mcg and cost Rs. 3.99 and Rs. 13.20 a tablet — a 3.3-fold gap on an identical printed dose, with the dearer one carrying the smaller badge. A third biotin states no dose at all, which makes its Rs. 6.10 uninterpretable. For calcium, elemental content is the specification, and none of the calcium listings we read gave it.

We printed every rating count, because several are tiny

Of the 195 products we read, 143 carried a rating count. Within our picks those counts run from 1 to 111 — two listings display a perfect 5.0 from a single rating, and one displays 3.8 from four. We have printed the count beside every score rather than letting a star average stand alone, because on this shelf the difference between a 5.0 from one person and a 4.6 from a hundred and eleven is the entire content of the number. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Prices and ratings read July 29, 2026.

FAQs

How do I compare supplement prices on HealthKart?

Divide the price by the tablet, capsule or softgel count in the title, and check that a dose in milligrams or IU is stated before you trust the result. In our July 29, 2026 read, two biotins both printing 10,000 mcg cost Rs. 3.99 and Rs. 13.20 a tablet, and a glutathione ladder from one seller ran Rs. 5.55, Rs. 6.58 and Rs. 9.15 a capsule across three pack sizes. None of those per-unit numbers appears anywhere on the site — you have to work them out.

Why do two identical HealthKart products have different discounts?

Because the percentage is computed from each listing's own MRP, and multipack MRPs are usually just the single-pack price multiplied by the pack size. Two Now vitamin D bottles in our picks carry the same 34% badge and differ by 43% per softgel. Two Vaamveda calcium listings state an identical Rs. 999 MRP for one box and for two, which produces badges of 71% and 50% — and the 50% listing is the cheaper one per tablet. Buying by badge on that pair costs you 14% more.

Is the bigger supplement pack always cheaper per capsule?

Usually, but not always, which is why the rule has to be 'divide' rather than 'buy big'. In our picks a 240-softgel vitamin D works out at Rs. 7.71 against Rs. 11.04 for the 120, and a three-pack of glutathione at Rs. 5.55 a capsule against Rs. 9.15 for a single bottle. But a GNC fish oil reverses it: the 60-softgel bottle costs Rs. 14.98 each against Rs. 14.13 in the 30-count. Also buy the size you will actually finish, since the common failure is running out and not reordering.

What does 'triple strength' mean on fish oil?

It refers to the concentration of EPA and DHA — the active omega-3 fractions — per softgel, not to the size of the capsule. A triple-strength softgel can carry two to three times the omega-3 of a standard 1,000 mg one, which means a straight price-per-capsule comparison between the two is misleading. The honest comparison is rupees per gram of combined EPA and DHA, and very few Indian listings publish the numbers you would need to calculate it.

Can I trust a five-star rating on HealthKart?

Only with the count beside it. Of the 195 discounted products we read, 143 carried a rating count, and within our twenty-one picks those counts run from one to a hundred and eleven. Two listings display a perfect 5.0 from a single rating, and one displays 3.8 from four. A 4.6 resting on a hundred and eleven ratings is a far stronger claim than a 5.0 resting on one, which is why we print both numbers on every pick rather than showing the star alone.

More HealthKart coverage on Zoutons

How Zoutons picks deals Zoutons may earn a commission when you buy through links on this page. Every price, MRP, rating and rating count here was read from healthkart.com's own category listings on July 29, 2026 — 195 in-stock discounted products across ten category paths — and can change without notice. The per-unit figures we quote are our own arithmetic on the pack sizes stated in each listing title, and where a listing does not state a dose we have said so rather than assuming one. Nothing on this page is medical, nutritional or dietary advice: we make no claim that any product here is effective, safe or appropriate for you, several of these categories have contested or limited evidence behind them, and doses at the upper end of these ranges — 5,000 IU of vitamin D in particular — are properly decided with a doctor and usually a blood test rather than a listing page. Our observation that unstated doses are common on this shelf describes the listings as we read them and is not a claim that any product is mislabelled on its physical packaging, which we have not inspected. Ratings and counts are HealthKart's own and appear to be pooled across pack sizes for some products, which is why identical counts recur beside different bottles; we have not audited how they are collected. Comments on formulation (elemental calcium against compound weight, EPA and DHA against total capsule weight, triple-strength concentration, once-daily against multi-tablet servings) reflect general understanding of the category rather than testing we have done.
