Seventy-two batten listings read on 16 October, divided by the pack count Flipkart itself prints. The deepest badge keeps landing on the dearest tube.
Most shelves hide the unit. This one prints it: 51 of the 72 batten listings in this read are multi-packs, and Flipkart publishes the pack count as structured data beside the title — so the price divides cleanly. Doing that gives a range of Rs. 48.83 to Rs. 1,207 a tube, a 24x spread, with a median of Rs. 199.50. It also breaks the badge. One EVEREADY tube sells as a single, a 2-pack and a 6-pack; its 91% badge is the most expensive of the three per tube and its 56% badge is the cheapest. One limit, stated throughout: wattage is not interchangeable, so compare 20 W with 20 W and never rank this shelf by rate alone.
Every price below was pulled from Flipkart on October 16, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Flipkart coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.
Nine listings from Rs. 48.83 to Rs. 83.17 a tube, including one product sold three ways at three different rates - and the deepest badge in the whole read sitting on the worst of them.
Rs. 48.83 a tube, and a 56% badge
Why it earned its spot the lowest per-tube rate on the shelf, carried by the SHALLOWEST of its own product's three badges

Why it earned its spot Rs. 49.75 a tube from a brand that states one consistent Rs. 450 MRP across all three of its pack sizes
Rs. 55, and the cheapest way in
Why it earned its spot the lowest total price on the shelf, and the middle of its own product's three per-tube rates

Rs. 81.50 a tube, 2,091 ratings
Why it earned its spot the second-deepest badge in the read attached to the eighth-cheapest tube, which is the gap this page exists to show
Rs. 83.17 a tube
Why it earned its spot 67% dearer per tube than its own four-pack, on an identical product with an identical stated per-tube MRP
Nine listings including every ten- and twenty-pack seated, the shelf's largest rating pool at 44,239, and three products where buying the bigger box costs more per tube.

5 W, 33 cm, Rs. 111.50 a tube
Why it earned its spot seated to make the page's own limit visible — this is a 5 W 33 cm batten, and its per-tube rate is not comparable to a 20 W four-footer
The most modest stated MRP here
Why it earned its spot a 68% badge off a Rs. 349-a-tube stated MRP, which is among the most restrained list prices on the shelf
Rs. 112.45 a tube, 58% badge
Why it earned its spot the largest pack in the read, and the cheapest per tube of its own brand's six Grace Pro listings

Why it earned its spot by far the biggest published sample on the shelf, on the cheapest per-tube rate of its own product's three pack sizes
Rs. 133.50 a tube
Why it earned its spot a ten-pack that costs Rs. 12.50 more per tube than its own two-pack, and publishes a different rating pool from it
Rs. 139.75 a tube, 44,239 again
Why it earned its spot the middle pack size at the highest per-tube rate of its product's three listings, sharing the shelf's largest rating pool
Five listings from Rs. 148 to Rs. 1,207 a tube. Two are 36 W or 40 W and belong in a different comparison; one publishes no rating at all; and the dearest tube here carries a 19% badge.
Rs. 148.00 a tube, 82% badge
Why it earned its spot a higher-wattage batten whose rate belongs in a different comparison from the 20 W tubes above it
Rs. 149.50 a tube, 17,351 ratings
Why it earned its spot a 67% badge and 17,351 ratings at a rate three times the cheapest tube in the read
Rs. 306.75 a tube, 36 W
Why it earned its spot the highest per-tube rate of any multi-pack in the read, on the same 2,171 rating pool as ten other listings
Rs. 849 for one 40 W tube
Why it earned its spot one of 11 listings in this read with no star average and no rating count, at nearly Rs. 850 a tube
Rs. 1,207, and a 19% badge
Why it earned its spot the highest per-tube rate on the shelf, 24.7x the cheapest, carrying one of the shallowest badges
Four habits survive this read. First, divide before you compare. The pack count is published beside every listing, and on this shelf it reverses the ranking: the deepest badge in the whole read, 91%, belongs to the most expensive tube of its own product's three listings. Second, check the same product's other pack sizes before buying any of them. There is no rule — on one product the 6-pack is cheapest per tube, on another the 2-pack is, and on a third the 4-pack is the worst of three. Only the arithmetic tells you which. Third, compare the stated MRP per tube, not the percentage. One product here states Rs. 239, Rs. 689 and Rs. 112 a tube across its three boxes, and the badge simply follows whichever figure the listing chose. Fourth, match the wattage and length before anything else. A 5 W 33 cm tube and a 50 W four-footer are not alternatives, and a cheap rate on the wrong tube is not a saving.

Each selling price, stated MRP, discount badge, star average, rating count and pack size here was parsed on 16 October 2026 from the window.__INITIAL_STATE__ PRODUCT_SUMMARY tiles that flipkart.com serves with its own search-results pages for 'led tubelight', logged out, in India, with nothing purchased. 72 distinct batten listings were returned and 22 are seated. Nothing here comes from a product page, a review, a manufacturer's site or any third party.
51 of the 72 listings in this read are multi-packs, and Flipkart carries the pack count as structured data beside the title - 'Pack of 2', 'Pack of 20'. Every per-tube figure on this page is simply the selling price divided by that number, and every stated per-tube MRP is the stated MRP divided by it. We did not open a box or count anything ourselves. Where a pack size appears only in the title rather than the structured field, we read it from the title and the card says so.
This is the most important limit on the arithmetic. A 5 W 33 cm batten and a 50 W four-foot batten are different products that happen to share a search term, and comparing their per-tube rates says nothing useful. The chapters here group listings by rate rather than declaring winners, every card prints the wattage and the length, and listings outside the dominant 20 W class are flagged on their own cards. A low rate is not a recommendation and a high one is not a criticism.
Every 'stated MRP' is the strike-through figure the tile prints, and every percentage and multiple here is arithmetic over two numbers a seller chose. We have not established that any tube was offered or sold at any stated figure and we do not say any stated MRP is false, inflated or improper. Where one product's three pack listings state Rs. 239, Rs. 689 and Rs. 112 a tube, that is reported as a difference between three published figures and implies nothing about the seller, the brand or the product.
Eleven listings from one brand in this read publish the identical 2,171 ratings, across three model names and pack sizes of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 20. Another brand's 2-pack and 4-pack both publish 44,239 while its 10-pack publishes 2,811. A third brand's three packs all publish 423. That is the normal signature of a marketplace grouping variants under one product page and nothing is wrong with it. The only consequence stated is the practical one: a count beside one pack may be describing buyers of another. 11 of the 72 listings publish no rating at all.
'6500K', 'Cool Day Light', 'Ultra Slim', 'Highly Efficient', 'Laser Ray', wattages and lengths on this page are the listings' own printed words, reproduced as printed and not verified, measured, certified or tested by us. We did not buy, install, power or measure any tube. Nothing here is a statement about actual lumens, colour temperature, power draw, driver quality, flicker, lifespan, warranty, electrical safety, BIS compliance or fitness for any purpose, and a cheaper tube is not said to be as good as a dearer one.
Two different answers, which is rather the point. The cheapest listing in this read of 72 is a single EVEREADY Ultraslim 20 W at Rs. 55. But the cheapest tube is Rs. 48.83, from the same product's six-pack at Rs. 293. A third listing of that identical tube, a 2-pack at Rs. 128, works out at Rs. 64.00 each — and it is the one Flipkart badges 91% off. If you need one tube the Rs. 55 single is the floor of the shelf; if you need several, dividing is the only way to see which box is actually cheaper. Prices change continuously, so check the live page.
Not reliably, and this read found it going both ways on the same shelf in the same hour. One EVEREADY product: the 6-pack is cheapest per tube at Rs. 48.83. One PHILIPS product: the 4-pack is cheapest at Rs. 49.75 and the 6-pack is the worst of the three at Rs. 83.17, which is 67% more per tube. One Crompton product: the 2-pack is cheapest at Rs. 121.00 and the 4-pack is the worst at Rs. 139.75. An Orient 20-pack genuinely is that product's best rate at Rs. 112.45. There is no rule to apply, only arithmetic to do: divide the price by the pack count on every listing of the product before choosing a box.
We report it without explaining it, because we cannot verify any of the figures. One EVEREADY Ultraslim 20 W appears three times in this read with stated MRPs that work out at Rs. 239, Rs. 689 and Rs. 112 a tube — 6.2x apart for what the titles describe as the same item. Another brand does the opposite and states a consistent Rs. 450 a tube across its 2-, 4- and 6-packs. A stated MRP is the strike-through figure a listing prints; we have not established that any tube was ever offered or sold at any of these figures, and we do not allege that any stated MRP is false, inflated or improper. The practical consequence is the only claim made: a badge computed over a figure that changes with the box is not measuring your saving.
It is the ordinary signature of a marketplace grouping variants under one product page, and nothing is wrong with it. Eleven listings from one brand in this read publish the identical 2,171 ratings — across three different model names and pack sizes of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 20. Another brand's 2-pack and 4-pack both publish 44,239 while its 10-pack publishes 2,811, so some variants share a page and some do not. A third brand's three packs all publish 423. The consequence to carry away: a star average and a count beside a 36 W six-pack may be describing people who bought a 20 W pair. Separately, 11 of the 72 listings publish no rating at all, including one single tube priced Rs. 849.
This page cannot tell you, and it would be dishonest to imply otherwise. We read prices, stated MRPs, badges, pack counts and rating counts from Flipkart's search pages; we did not buy, install, power or measure a single tube. '6500K', 'Cool Day Light', 'Ultra Slim', 'Highly Efficient' and every wattage here are the listings' own printed words, reproduced as printed and unverified. Nothing on this page is a statement about actual lumens, colour temperature, power draw, driver quality, flicker, lifespan, warranty, electrical safety or BIS compliance. What the arithmetic can tell you is that a 24x spread in per-tube price exists on one search page, and that the discount badge does not track it. Match the wattage and length you need first; the rate is only useful inside that.
