Bedsheet Price Sept 2026: Flipkart vs Myntra, From Rs. 213

Both shelves were read on the morning of 28 September 2026. Flipkart's 68 bedsheet listings have a median price of Rs. 335 and not one of them costs more than Rs. 585. Myntra's 49 have a median of Rs. 681, and 27 of the 49 sell above Rs. 585.

Before that number does any work, the caveat it needs: a Rs. 585 ceiling is a fact about the shelf this particular search returned, not about Flipkart's catalogue. We read two pages of relevance-sorted results for 'bedsheet double bed'. Flipkart certainly sells dearer bedsheets than that; what this read shows is that the shelf a typical search puts in front of you is priced entirely under Rs. 600, and Myntra's equivalent shelf is not.

The discount badges follow the usual pattern - the cheaper shelf claims the deeper cut. Flipkart's median badge is 81% against Myntra's 75%, and Flipkart's median stated MRP is 5.20 times its own price against Myntra's 4.01. Neither number is a saving anyone has measured.

On most of these two-retailer comparisons we can find brands selling the same model on both sites and put the two prices side by side. Not here. Of the 68 Flipkart brands and the 49 Myntra ones, exactly one name appears on both shelves - Dreamweaverz - and it lists different sheets on each.

The two assortments barely intersect. Flipkart's shelf is led by Moonroof with nine listings, Decent Home with four and IWS with four. Myntra's is led by KLOTTHE with nine, Story@home with five, Pure Decor with five and BM DECOR with five. These are two separate supplier bases selling into two separate price bands.

So everything on this page compares the median of one catalogue against the median of another. It does not tell you that the same bedsheet costs twice as much on Myntra, because we found no bedsheet sold on both. What it tells you is which shelf you will be shopping when you type the word into each site.

The median Flipkart bedsheet states an MRP 5.20 times what it charges; the median Myntra one states 4.01 times. Thirty-seven of Flipkart's 68 state at least five times, against twelve of Myntra's 49.

In rupees that means a typical Flipkart tile asks Rs. 335 behind a stated Rs. 1,999, and a typical Myntra tile asks Rs. 681 behind a stated Rs. 2,499. Both are strike-throughs no shopper should reason from, and stating a high MRP is legal and commonplace across Indian retail - but the arithmetic is worth seeing, because it explains why the shelf that is half the price shows the bigger percentage.

The badge ceilings are close: 13 Flipkart listings and 10 Myntra listings are badged at 85% or more, and both shelves top out at 89%. Neither site had a single bedsheet selling at its stated MRP in this read.

Flipkart publishes a rating on 57 of its 68 listings at a median of 1,634. Myntra publishes one on 37 of 49 at a median of 303. Read straight, that is a large advantage to Flipkart on the one signal these tiles offer.

It is smaller than it looks. Flipkart's counts are heavily pooled: the same 30,305 ratings appear on NINE separate listings in this read, 271,457 appears on three, 1,699 on four and two more counts on two each. Flipkart links reviews across listings of one product, so a large number on a bedsheet tile is often feedback on a whole family of prints and sizes rather than on the sheet in the photograph.

Myntra does it too, on a smaller scale - 286 ratings across four listings, and two other counts across two each. The practical consequence is the same on both sites: if a rating count persuades you, search the exact product name and check whether the cheaper tile carries the identical number.

If you want a cheap bedsheet and do not much mind which, Flipkart's shelf is where the volume is: 65 of its 68 listings sell under Rs. 500, most with four-figure rating counts attached, and the practical choice is between prints rather than between prices.

If you want a wider range and are prepared to pay roughly double, Myntra's shelf runs to Rs. 1,526 and carries the household home-textile labels - Story@home, Arrabi, FABINALIV - that barely appeared in our Flipkart read. Fewer of its listings publish a rating, and those that do publish far smaller counts.

What we would not do on either shelf is treat the badge as information. Both sites strike through four to five times their own asking price, neither had a single bedsheet selling at its stated MRP, and the site with the bigger percentages is simply the cheaper one. And we would not read a five-figure rating count as a verdict on one sheet when nine listings on the same shelf are sharing it.
