Two hundred and twenty-four fragrance listings read on 28 August, Rs. 62 to Rs. 8,610. The size of the badge tracks whether the brand has shops, and none of the 224 carries a customer rating.
We pulled AJIO's fragrance shelf on 28 August 2026 and got 224 listings, from a Rs. 62 pocket spray to a Rs. 8,610 Chopard. Twenty-five are seated here. The thing that decides the size of a discount on this shelf is not the scent or the bottle - it is whether the brand has shops. Layer'r, Plum, SKINN by Titan and Carolina Herrera discount 10 to 20 per cent. Labels that exist only on marketplaces claim 70, 85 and 87. Not one of the 224 listings carries a rating.
Every price below was pulled from AJIO on August 28, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our AJIO coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.

Why it earned its spot The shallowest badge above Rs. 1,000 on the shelf, from the most checkable MRP on it.
Rs. 2,450 off a stated Rs. 4,900 - Jaguar's three listings run 35 to 50 per cent.
Why it earned its spot Licensed fragrance from a car marque - the MRP is set by the licensee, not the carmaker.

First: look up whether the brand has a shop, a counter or supermarket distribution before you read its badge - Rs. 300 from Beardo and Rs. 300 from SIORE are the same money, but only one of them has a list price anything outside the listing supports. Second: read the format, because a pocket parfum, a roll-on, an attar oil and an eau de parfum sit within twenty rupees of each other here and behave completely differently on skin. Third: look for a stated volume - most listings hide it, and the two that state it here differ by nineteen times in cost per millilitre. Fourth: accept that this shelf publishes no ratings at all, so if you need customer consensus on a scent you will have to find it somewhere other than the listing - the same gap we found across AJIO's sweater shelf. Then check the live coupon page before checkout.

On this shelf the badge tracks distribution almost perfectly. Brands with chemist, supermarket or department-counter presence - Layer'r, Plum, NIVEA, SKINN by Titan, Carolina Herrera - discount 10 to 35 per cent. Labels that exist only on marketplaces - SIORE, Menjewell, DEMI DIEUS, Dorall - discount 65 to 87. Nothing about the liquid changes; only who wrote the reference price.
An MRP is the figure the listing displays. We have not verified that any bottle here was sold at one, so every percentage on this page is arithmetic over AJIO's own two numbers rather than a measured saving. Where a reference price has nothing outside the listing anchoring it - a Rs. 2,999 attar pack, a Rs. 1,999 unisex perfume - we say so on the card.
Not one of the 224 listings in this pull returned a rating average or a rating count. On a product you cannot smell before buying, that absence is the most important thing about this shelf, so we state it rather than substituting ratings from other retailers describing different stock.
A pocket parfum, a roll-on antiperspirant, an attar oil, an eau de toilette and an eau de parfum are five different products with different lifespans on skin, and several of them appear within twenty rupees of each other here. We name the format on every card, because it decides what the money buys more than the price does.
Most listings on this shelf do not state a size. Where one does - the Dorall 100 ml at Rs. 2.10 a millilitre, the Rasasi 100 ml at Rs. 39.60 - we say so, and where it does not we leave the arithmetic alone rather than assuming a bottle size to make a comparison work.
Because the size of the badge tracks who set the reference price, not what is in the bottle. In our 28 August 2026 read of 224 listings, brands with real physical distribution discounted shallowly - Layer'r at a median 12 per cent, Plum 14, SKINN by Titan 20, Wild Stone 25, NIVEA 35 - because their stated MRPs are prices chemists, supermarkets and department counters actually charge, and a retailer cannot halve those without undermining the brand's own shops. Labels that exist only on marketplaces have nothing anchoring their list prices, so they can set them anywhere: SIORE at a median 70 per cent off, DEMI DIEUS 70, Bombay Shaving Company 64, and a Menjewell four-attar pack at 87 per cent off a stated Rs. 2,999. The practical rule is to read the rupee price and check whether the brand has a shop behind its MRP.
The cheapest listing in our 28 August 2026 pull was a Layer'r Shot Emperor pocket parfum at Rs. 62, 10 per cent off a stated Rs. 69, and the cheapest thing calling itself an eau de parfum was a Bella Vita Organic White Oud at Rs. 135, 70 per cent off a stated Rs. 449. Below Rs. 150 the shelf is mostly deodorants, roll-ons, body splashes and small attars rather than perfume in the sense most people mean it. The cheapest listing per millilitre that actually states its volume was a Dorall Collection eau de toilette at Rs. 210 for 100 ml - Rs. 2.10 a millilitre. Prices on this shelf move constantly and this was one morning's read, so check the live listing before you pay.
No. Not one of the 224 fragrance listings we pulled on 28 August 2026 returned a rating average or a rating count. Every listing returned a selling price, a stated MRP, a discount percentage and an image, and none returned any customer data at all. That is why no card on this page shows a rating pill - we render one only where the retailer publishes real marketplace data behind it. It also means this page cannot tell you how long any of these fragrances last on skin, how strongly they project or whether a batch smells like the one someone reviewed elsewhere. Scent notes and formats quoted here are read from the listing titles as printed and from general product knowledge; we have not smelled or worn anything on this page.
It can be, provided you buy it for what it is rather than for the discount claim attached. At Rs. 300 you are buying a high-alcohol composition with a bright opening and a short life on skin - an hour or two is realistic - or, in the case of an attar at that price, a small quantity of oil that will last most of a day but barely project. Two listings at exactly Rs. 300 in our read illustrate the difference in evidence: a Beardo Whisky Smoke Bourbon eau de parfum at 70 per cent off a stated Rs. 999, from a brand with modern-trade distribution, and a SIORE unisex perfume at 85 per cent off a stated Rs. 1,999, from a label with no retail presence we can find. Same money, very different reference prices.
Not at these prices, and the listings do not claim to be. Agarwood - real oud - is one of the most expensive raw materials in perfumery, and nothing selling at Rs. 108 to Rs. 390 can contain a meaningful quantity of it. What these products contain is a synthetic oud accord: a blend built to smell resinous, woody and sweet in the way the material does, and often a good deal more approachable than the real thing. That is not a criticism, it is a description - synthetic accords are how almost all commercial oud-style fragrance is made, including in bottles costing far more than these. The listings here name oud in the product title and state no ingredient list, so we report the naming as printed and make no claim about composition.
