The brand ships to almost all the locations in India. The delivery will take around 5-7 days depending on the location to deliver a product order. They charge a standard delivery charge of Rs.150 on all orders. However, orders above Rs.2000 will come with a free delivery. 

Suta Cancellation Policy

Any user for any reason who wants to cancel an order can do it before the order is shipped. once the order is shipped the delivery charge is not refundable. The users will get their price refunded. However, They do not accept any cancellations once the product is shipped.

Suta Return Policy

Users can return a product within 10 days of the product being delivered under the return policy. The product they are willing to return must be in unwashed, unaltered condition. All the original tags and packaging material should be intact while returning any products. For a refund, users have to bear a reverse shipping charge of Rs.150 per order. 

Suta Refund Policy

Once the product return is completed Suta starts the refund policy. Any users who have returned within 10 days will get a refund within 14 working days at the source method of payment. However, the cash on delivery charges and delivery charges paid will not be refundable under any circumstances.  For COD orders the refund link will be sent to the registered email and contact number.
