StayVista Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If the booking cancellation is requested 14 days before the arrival date, 80% of the amount will be refunded in the original payment method and 100% in the form of a future credit note.
• If the cancellation is made between 7-14 days before the arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value and 60% in the form of a future credit note.
• Cancellation is requested within 7 days of the check-in date, your booking will be non-refundable.

StayVista Rescheduling Policy

• From Guest: rescheduling requests can be raised up to 14 days prior to the check-in date. The price difference will be paid by the guest.
• From StayVista: For canceling any booking, StayVista will provide you with an alternative booking or shall provide a future credit note that is valid for 6 months for the entire booking value.
