Sixty-two watch straps read on 5 October. The stated MRP tracks who is selling, and a fifth of the results page is the same straps twice.
A watch strap costs what the seller says it costs, so the second figure on the tile is worth a moment. Across the 62 listings Amazon returned on 5 October, the marketplace end states list prices 5.00 to 7.53 times what it charges - Rs. 1,499 on a Rs. 199 band - while Fullmosa, which holds the two largest rating pools on the shelf, states 1.06 and 1.33 times. Five groups of results are the same strap listed more than once, identifiable because they share a rating count. One of those groups sells at two prices.
Every price below was pulled from Amazon on October 5, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Amazon coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.
Seven listings badged 80% to 87%, claiming list prices of Rs. 499 to Rs. 1,999 against prices of Rs. 75 to Rs. 399 - and rating pools running from 35 to 1,690.

A premium suede leather strap at Rs. 499, the first of three.
Why it earned its spot Three separate listings, one price, one 19-rating pool.
A premium suede leather strap at Rs. 499, the second of three.
Why it earned its spot Seated to show the duplication rather than to describe it.
A Lineon 22 mm half-padded leather strap with butterfly lock at Rs. 699.
Why it earned its spot One of three listings sharing a 92-rating pool - at two different prices.
The same Lineon butterfly-lock strap at Rs. 899.
Why it earned its spot Same title, same stated Rs. 2,199, same rating pool, 29% dearer.
A DBLACK CROXX nylon x-stitch leather strap at Rs. 343.
Why it earned its spot Two listings at an identical Rs. 343 share one pool of 625 ratings.
An ACM 22 mm strap for the boAt Primia smartwatch at Rs. 369.
Why it earned its spot Another identical pair: same price, same stated Rs. 990, same 519-rating pool.
A Lineon 22 mm half-padded leather strap at Rs. 449.
Why it earned its spot The fifth duplicated listing group in one read of 62 results.
Six listings stating 1.06 to 1.43 times what they charge - including the two largest rating pools on the shelf, 38,803 and 29,147, and a strap that costs more than some complete watches.
A Fullmosa quick-release premium leather strap at Rs. 1,099.
Why it earned its spot A recognised strap brand's stated MRP sits close to what it charges.
A Fullmosa 22 mm quick-release strap for Galaxy Watch at Rs. 1,799.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 1,899 stated against Rs. 1,799 charged - a multiple of 1.06.
A Fullmosa 22 mm Treen gradient tanned leather strap at Rs. 1,370.
Why it earned its spot The best-evidenced listing on the shelf, badged 25% from a stated Rs. 1,824.
A Fullmosa two-pack of 22 mm leather bands at Rs. 1,709.
Why it earned its spot The only multipack here, and the per-strap price undercuts its own single.
A Wristitani leather strap, 18-24 mm stated, at Rs. 1,199.
Why it earned its spot A second seller whose stated MRP behaves like a list price, at 1.25x.
A Truvic men's black silicone rubber strap at Rs. 350.
Why it earned its spot Rs. 499 stated on a Rs. 350 strap, where the rest of its price band states Rs. 1,999.
Four rules. First: divide the stated MRP by the price instead of reading the percentage. On this shelf that multiple separates into two populations with almost no overlap - 5.00x to 7.53x on the marketplace listings, 1.06x to 1.43x on Fullmosa, Wristitani and Truvic - and the percentage hides the difference behind numbers that look comparable. Second: a badge is only comparable between two listings when their stated MRPs match. The three Lineon butterfly-lock results here share a stated Rs. 2,199, so the 68% and 59% badges on them are genuinely informative; the Rs. 349 and Rs. 350 silicone straps state Rs. 1,999 and Rs. 499, so their 83% and 30% badges are not. Third: read the rating count as a fingerprint. Five groups in this read share a pool - 19 ratings across three suede listings, 92 across three Lineon listings, 625, 519 and 327 across pairs - so roughly a fifth of what the search returned is the same products shown twice or three times. Where the duplicate carries a different price, as the Lineon group does, clicking the first result can cost Rs. 200 more than clicking the third. Fourth: check the strap against a whole watch before spending at the top of the range. These same three searches returned a complete Casio A-158WA at Rs. 1,893 and a Fastrack analogue at Rs. 2,026, against Fullmosa straps at Rs. 1,709 and Rs. 1,799. If the brief is simply a working replacement band, Rs. 146 buys one with 1,690 ratings behind it; Rs. 1,370 buys the best-evidenced listing on the shelf with 38,803; and Rs. 75 buys the rubber keeper loops, which is a different thing entirely. We bought, unboxed and wore nothing.

Each selling price, stated MRP, displayed badge, star average and rating count on this page was scraped on 5 October 2026 from the search-results tiles amazon.in serves for 'watch strap leather', 'metal watch strap' and 'silicone watch strap band', logged out, in India, with nothing purchased. 62 listings were returned and 20 are seated.
Three of the 62 results are watches rather than straps - a London Fog analogue at Rs. 1,499, a Casio A-158WA at Rs. 1,893 and a Fastrack at Rs. 2,026. None is seated as a pick. They are cited only where the page compares a strap's price with a whole watch's, and they are named when it does.
Each card prints the stated MRP divided by the selling price. That figure runs 5.00x to 7.53x across Chapter One and 1.06x to 1.43x across Chapter Three, which is the finding this page rests on. A percentage compresses both of those into a number that looks comparable when it is not.
Five groups in this read share a rating pool: three suede straps at 19 ratings, three Lineon butterfly straps at 92, two DBLACK at 625, two ACM at 519 and two Lineon at 327. Where a duplicate changes the price - the Lineon group, Rs. 699 and Rs. 899 - both prices are seated so the spread is visible.
The pools here run from 19 to 38,803. A star average without its sample size is not readable, so every card prints both, and no card treats an average on 19, 35 or 46 ratings as a verdict on anything.
'Genuine leather', 'top grain', 'vegan leather', 'suede', 'stainless steel', 'waterproof', 'quick release', 'premium' and every stated lug width and compatibility list are the listings' own printed words, reproduced as printed. We did not buy, unbox, wear or fit anything, and nothing here is a statement about whether a strap fits a given watch.
In this read of 62 listings on 5 October 2026, replacement straps ran from Rs. 75 to Rs. 1,799. The bulk of the shelf sits between Rs. 150 and Rs. 500. Silicone and metal marketplace bands ran Rs. 75 to Rs. 499; leather straps from sellers with large rating pools ran Rs. 1,099 to Rs. 1,799. The Rs. 75 listing is a set of rubber keeper loops rather than a strap. Prices change continuously, so check the live page.
Because the figure the percentage is computed from is set by the seller. In this read the seven deepest-badged listings stated MRPs 5.00 to 7.53 times their selling prices - Rs. 1,499 stated on a Rs. 199 band, Rs. 1,999 on a Rs. 281 one - while Fullmosa stated 1.06 to 1.33 times. Three different listings here state Rs. 1,999 or Rs. 1,995 and sell at Rs. 281, Rs. 349 and Rs. 399. An MRP is the figure a listing displays; we have not verified that any item was ever sold at it, and no wrongdoing is alleged by anyone.
We can only report that it does. Three Lineon 22 mm butterfly-lock listings in this read displayed 4.2 stars from an identical 92 ratings and an identical stated Rs. 2,199; two sold at Rs. 699 and one at Rs. 899. Rating counts attach to a product record rather than to a listing, so an identical count across results is one body of reviews shown more than once. Four other groups on this shelf duplicate the same way. We did not open the product pages, and operating multiple listings is an ordinary marketplace practice.
This page cannot answer that - we did not handle, wear or test any strap. What the figures show is narrower: leather straps from the two sellers with the largest rating pools cost Rs. 1,099 to Rs. 1,799 here, while leather straps from marketplace sellers cost Rs. 343 to Rs. 699, and silicone bands ran Rs. 75 to Rs. 350. 'Genuine leather', 'top grain', 'vegan leather' and 'suede' are the listings' own printed words, reproduced as printed and not verified or tested by us.
On this results page, yes. The same three searches returned Fullmosa straps at Rs. 1,709 and Rs. 1,799 alongside a complete Casio A-158WA digital watch, strap included, at Rs. 1,893 and a Fastrack analogue at Rs. 2,026. A strap and a watch are different purchases and a strap is often bought to replace a worn band on a watch worth far more than either figure. The comparison is offered as a sense-check on the top of the strap range, not as a recommendation to buy a watch instead.
