Five days before the sale opens, Amazon's mobile store prints the festival price for almost every phone it plans to push. We set each one against what the same listing costs today.
The old phone has a cracked corner and a battery that gives up by four in the afternoon, and the plan was always to replace it in the Diwali sale. That plan now has numbers attached. Amazon's mobile store has moved from teasers to Deals Revealed ahead of the Great Indian Festival on October 8, and its tiles print a festival price for 37 phones across four budget rows. We copied every price on October 3, 2026, then opened each product page to see what the same phone costs today. The gap between the two figures is what waiting five days is worth, and on 20 well-rated phones it runs from Rs. 1,750 to Rs. 45,000.
Every price below was pulled from Amazon on October 3, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Amazon coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.

The mobile store banner names SBI Debit Card and SBI Card for a 10% instant discount on debit cards, credit cards and credit card EMI, with terms and conditions. Read it alongside the asterisks: where a tile says the price includes a bank or credit card EMI offer, that discount is already inside the printed figure, so do not expect another 10% on top. Four more tiles list exchange savings of up to Rs. 70,000, no-cost EMI from Rs. 2,944 a month, coupon savings of up to Rs. 10,000 and Amazon Upgrade+ from Rs. 3,544 a month. No-cost EMI runs up to 12 months on the Galaxy Z Fold7, nine on the Galaxy S25 Ultra and six on the Xiaomi 17, Galaxy A56 and both Nord phones. Every pick has a number on one of Amazon's Deals Revealed tiles, read on October 3, 2026. We did not estimate prices, and the two realme Narzo phones whose tiles still show a masked price are left out of the picks until Amazon fills them in.
For each tile we opened the product page it links to and noted the price on October 3. A phone made the list only if the festival price was lower. Two phones were already selling at their festival price and one listing was cheaper today than its festival starting price, so none of the three is a reason to wait.
The rating on each card is Amazon's own, with the number of ratings beside it. Fifteen of the 37 priced phones fall below 4.0. In Amazon's Budget row no priced phone reaches 4.0, so we kept the two best at 3.8, each with more than 200 ratings, and say so on the card.
Most festival prices carry an asterisk, and the small print says which offer is counted: a coupon, a bank offer, or a credit card EMI offer. Each card states that condition. Where the struck-through price on the tile does not match the MRP of the linked listing, we flag that the variant may differ.
Amazon's mobile store banner says the Great Indian Festival 2026 starts on October 8. The banner we read on October 3, 2026 gives no end date. The event is presented as powered by Samsung Galaxy.
Amazon's tile prints Rs. 71,999 for the iPhone 16 against a struck-through Rs. 89,900, and says the price includes all offers. On October 3, 2026 the in-stock colours of the 128GB model were selling at Rs. 86,900, and the Ultramarine listing the tile links to was unavailable.
The festival price starts at Rs. 84,999 including a coupon offer, with no-cost EMI for up to nine months. The 12GB and 256GB listing was Rs. 99,999 on October 3, 2026, so the gap is Rs. 15,000.
For the 20 picks on this page, wait. Each one costs less on Amazon's festival tile than on its product page today, by Rs. 1,750 to Rs. 45,000. The exceptions are the vivo Y31t 5G and Oppo A6X 5G, which were already at their festival prices on October 3. Most festival prices carry an asterisk, which means a bank offer, credit card EMI offer or coupon is already counted, so check you have the right payment method before you wait.
The store's launch strip lists the OPPO F35 Series for October 5 at 12 pm, the vivo V80 for October 6 at 12 pm and the Redmi 17C 5G on sale from October 7 at 12 pm, starting at Rs. 20,999 including a bank offer. The vivo S2 FE is marked coming soon, and the Lava Bold N4 Pro 5G is already on sale at a launch price of Rs. 14,999.
