Amazon Baby Wipes Price Per Wipe September 2026: Rs. 0.64 Up

We pulled Amazon's baby wipes results on 24 September 2026 and divided every price by the number of wipes the listing itself states. Forty-eight of the 106 listings we read print a count we could read without guessing. Their rates run from Rs. 0.64 a wipe to Rs. 13.27 - a spread of 20.7 times - with a median of Rs. 0.92.

The cheap end is bulk multipacks: 480 Novel wipes for Rs. 305, 492 pure-water wipes for Rs. 329, Amazon's own Supples at 864 wipes for Rs. 657. Twenty-six of the 48 listings come in under a rupee a wipe and every one of them is a pack of 216 or more.

The expensive end is not, mostly, a premium product - it is a small pack. Fifteen listings are over Rs. 2 a wipe and eleven of those contain 80 wipes or fewer. The single dearest rate in the read, Rs. 13.27, is a 15-wipe travel pack at Rs. 199: twenty times the rate of the Novel multipack, for a ticket price that is Rs. 106 lower.

Eight brands in this read list the same wipes in two or more pack sizes, which lets us check the assumption everyone shops on. In six of the eight the larger pack is cheaper per wipe. In two it is not.

Johnson's 72-wipe pack is Rs. 149, or Rs. 2.07 a wipe. Its own 144-wipe pack is Rs. 321 - Rs. 2.23 a wipe. Buying twice as many costs you seven per cent more per wipe. Its 216-wipe listing at Rs. 464 sits in between at Rs. 2.15. Teddyy does the same thing on a smaller scale: 216 wipes at Rs. 0.74 against 360 at Rs. 0.75.

Where the big pack does win, it wins by a lot. Little's 80-wipe single pack is Rs. 203 and its 240-wipe pack is Rs. 211 - Rs. 8 more for three times the wipes, which takes the rate from Rs. 2.54 to Rs. 0.88. Novel's jump from 216 to 480 wipes saves 30 per cent a wipe. There is no rule here that survives without checking; there is only the arithmetic.

Amazon pools customer ratings across a brand's pack sizes, so the same count appears under several listings. Supples' 432, 648 and 864-wipe listings all carry 4.4 from 73,107 ratings. Three Mee Mee listings all carry 4.4 from 93,675. Four Novel listings carry 4.3 from 2,540.

That matters in one practical way: it means the rating count cannot help you choose between two pack sizes of one brand, because it is the same number twice. What it can still do is separate brands - and the gaps are large. WaterWipes carries 81,232 ratings, Little's 80-wipe pack 77,327, Mee Mee 93,675 - while one 72-wipe listing at Rs. 99 publishes no rating at all and a 64-wipe pocket pack shows 5.0 stars from two people.

The oddest pair in the read is 1st Step. Two listings of a 72-wipe pack with a lid, same brand, same stated count, both carrying 3,172 ratings - one at Rs. 198 and one at Rs. 369. That is Rs. 2.75 a wipe against Rs. 5.12 for what the titles describe identically.

Two listings in this read carry a headline number that is not the number you receive. Himalaya's titles read '72 Wipes x B3 G1 Free - 288 Wipes' - buy three, get one free, four packs of 72. Read the first number and you compute Rs. 3.57 a wipe; read the total and it is Rs. 0.89, which moves the listing from the fifth-dearest in the read to the twenty-second cheapest.

We use the stated total, 288, on both Himalaya listings and say so on this page rather than in a footnote. Three LuvLap listings carrying 'Buy1 Get1 Free' alongside a '(72x2)' figure are excluded from every number here, because we could not establish from the title whether the total is 144 or 288.

This is why 48 of 106 listings made it into the arithmetic and 58 did not. The excluded ones are listings whose titles give a pack count with no per-pack number, or a per-pack number with no pack count, or a promotional total that could be read two ways. A rate computed from a number you guessed is not a rate.

Nothing on this page was opened, used, counted or tested. Every per-wipe figure here is our own arithmetic - the listing's price divided by the wipe count the listing itself states - and it is a rate, not a price you can pay. We did not count the wipes in any pack.

A rate also says nothing about the thing that most separates these products: sheet size, thickness, water content and what is in the liquid. A 15-wipe Mother Sparsh pack at Rs. 13.27 a wipe and a 480-wipe Novel multipack at Rs. 0.64 are not the same object, and this page does not claim they are. What it claims is narrower and still useful: within one brand, listed in two sizes, the rate is the only thing that differs and it is not shown on the search page.
