AbhiBus publishes a different coupon code for every state road transport corporation it sells tickets for. We read all nine, with their full terms, from the offers data its own page serves on 26 October 2026.

Every headline is about double what comes off your booking. "Save up to Rs. 500" is Rs. 250 of instant discount plus Rs. 250 of wallet cashback paid after you travel - and if you have booked with AbhiBus before, the same code is worth Rs. 50.

📅 Update log:
26 Oct 2026: first published. Every code, percentage, cap, usage limit, exclusion and expiry date on this page was transcribed from the offers payload embedded in abhibus.com/bus-ticket-offers, read on 26 October 2026, logged out, from India. Nine of the 33 live offers in that payload are state-RTC codes and all nine are on this page. Nothing was booked, no code was applied at checkout and no cashback was received, so no redemption behaviour has been tested.

AbhiBus runs a separate coupon code for each state road transport corporation it sells tickets for. We read all of them on 26 October 2026 from the offers data its own page publishes, including the full terms attached to each code.

Nine codes are live, and on every one of them the headline figure is roughly double what comes off the booking. "Save up to Rs. 500" on UPSRTC is Rs. 250 of instant discount plus Rs. 250 of wallet cashback credited only after you have travelled - and existing customers get neither, only Rs. 50 of cashback.

Every one of these codes is operator-locked. Each set of terms says in its own words that the offer is "valid only on [operator] bookings, not on any other Private or Govt SRTC bus service". A UPSRTC code will not work on an APSRTC bus, and none of them works on a private operator - those have their own codes entirely. None of the nine requires a minimum transaction value, which is unusual and genuinely in the passenger's favour.

The headline is a sum of two different things

Every RTC code on AbhiBus is built the same way: an instant discount capped at half the headline, plus an equal amount of "Promo AbhiBus Cashback" credited to your AbhiCash wallet after the journey is completed. The headline adds them together.

That second half is not money off the ticket. It is store credit, it arrives after you have travelled, and it only has value if you book with AbhiBus again. Here is what each headline is worth at the till.

What the banner saysHow it splitsThe fare needed to max it outWhat actually comes off today
"Save upto Rs. 500" (UPSRTC, HRTC)Rs. 250 instant + Rs. 250 AbhiCash after the journeyYou need a fare of Rs. 2,500 for 10% to reach Rs. 250Rs. 250 off the booking, at best
"Save upto Rs. 300" (APSRTC, TGSRTC, KSRTC, UTC300)Rs. 150 instant + Rs. 150 AbhiCash after the journeyYou need a fare of Rs. 1,500 for 10% to reach Rs. 150Rs. 150 off the booking, at best
"50% off" (RJ100, Rajasthan)50% up to Rs. 100 instant + 10% up to Rs. 100 AbhiCashAbove a Rs. 200 fare the 50% stops growingRs. 100 off the booking, at best
"20% OFF" (OSRTC, Odisha)20% up to Rs. 75 instant + 20% up to Rs. 75 AbhiCashAbove a Rs. 375 fare the 20% stops growingRs. 75 off the booking, at best
"10% OFF" (GSRTC, Gujarat)10% up to Rs. 50 instant + 10% up to Rs. 50 AbhiCashAbove a Rs. 500 fare the 10% stops growingRs. 50 off the booking, at best
The percentage cap bites long before the rupee cap does. Every one of these offers is a percentage "up to" a ceiling - so on a Rs. 400 UPSRTC fare, 10% is Rs. 40, not Rs. 250. The Rs. 250 figure needs a Rs. 2,500 fare, which on a state transport bus is a long-distance sleeper, not an ordinary intercity seat. For most state bus journeys these codes are worth Rs. 30 to Rs. 60.

Existing customers are offered a different deal, in the same terms

This is the part that is easiest to miss. On UPSRTC, HRTC and RJ100, the terms state that existing users get "10% upto Rs. 50 cashback" - cashback only, no instant discount, capped at Rs. 50, paid after the journey. The same banner advertises Rs. 500.

On APSRTC, TGSRTC and UTC300 existing users do better: 10% up to Rs. 150, still as cashback only. On the Kerala RTC code, the published terms describe only the new-user benefit and say nothing at all about existing users - we report that silence rather than guessing what it means.

How many times you can use them varies by a factor of ten

The usage limit is a single line deep in each set of terms and it is not consistent. Most of the nine are once per user, ever. GSRTC is twice per user. OSRTC is "valid only 10 times per user" - which makes the Odisha code, at 20% up to Rs. 75 a ride, arguably the most valuable of the nine for anyone who commutes on OSRTC buses, despite having the second-smallest headline.

Two of the codes have been live for a very long time: HRTC since May 2022 and APSRTC since December 2022, with APSRTC running to 16 April 2027. The rest expire on 31 December 2026. These are standing offers rather than flash sales, so there is no urgency to book badly.

What AbhiCash is, and when it turns into money

The cashback half of every one of these offers lands as "Promo AbhiBus Cashback" in your AbhiCash wallet, credited after journey completion - the terms use that phrase on each of the nine codes. It is not a bank refund and it does not reach your card.

None of these offers can be combined with any other; each set of terms says so explicitly. So the RTC code and a bank-card offer on the same booking is not possible, and the choice between them is worth making deliberately - our separate read of AbhiBus's card and UPI offers is linked below.

Using one without being disappointed

One: check your fare against the cap. On anything under about Rs. 1,500 the "up to Rs. 300" codes pay 10% of the fare, not Rs. 300. Two: match the code to the operator exactly - these are single-corporation codes and will simply not apply to another state's buses. Three: if you have booked with AbhiBus before, expect the existing-user line, which on three of these codes is Rs. 50 of post-journey wallet credit.

Four: treat the cashback half as a discount on your next trip, not this one. It arrives after travel, into a wallet, and only if the journey is completed. All nine codes, with their full terms, sit on AbhiBus's own offers page; everything on this page was transcribed from it on 26 October 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the AbhiBus coupon code for UPSRTC buses?
UPSRTC, valid to 31 December 2026 on Uttar Pradesh SRTC bookings only. Its terms give new users 10% up to Rs. 250 instant discount plus 10% up to Rs. 250 as AbhiCash cashback after the journey; existing users get 10% up to Rs. 50 as cashback only. There is no minimum transaction value, and it can be used once per user.
Does "Save up to Rs. 500" mean Rs. 500 off my bus ticket?
No. On both Rs. 500 codes (UPSRTC and HRTC) the terms split it into Rs. 250 of instant discount and Rs. 250 of AbhiCash cashback credited after the journey. And because the discount is 10% capped at Rs. 250, a fare of Rs. 2,500 is needed before the cap is even reached - on a Rs. 400 fare the code is worth Rs. 40. The most that can come off the booking itself is Rs. 250.
Which AbhiBus RTC coupon can be used more than once?
Two of the nine. OSRTC (Odisha) is valid ten times per user at 20% up to Rs. 75 instant plus 20% up to Rs. 75 cashback, and GSRTC (Gujarat) is valid twice per user at 10% up to Rs. 50 each. The rest - APSRTC, TGSRTC, KSRTC, UPSRTC, HRTC and RJ100 - are once per user in their own terms; the UTC300 terms state no per-user limit.
Is the RJ100 code really 50% off Rajasthan RTC buses?
It is 50% up to Rs. 100, so the percentage stops growing above a Rs. 200 fare. The terms add 10% up to Rs. 100 as AbhiCash cashback for new users; existing users get 10% up to Rs. 50 of cashback and no instant discount. Valid once per user on RSRTC bookings only, to 31 December 2026.
Can I use an AbhiBus RTC code with a bank card offer?
No. Every one of the nine sets of terms states that the offer "cannot be combined with any other offer". You choose one: the operator code or a card/UPI offer. Since the RTC codes pay about 10% of the fare on an ordinary ticket, a card offer is sometimes worth more - our separate read of AbhiBus's card and UPI offers compares them.

Every coupon code, percentage, cap, usage limit, exclusion, start date and expiry date on this page was transcribed from the offers data published by AbhiBus on its own /bus-ticket-offers page, read on 26 October 2026, logged out, from India. Nothing was booked, no code was applied at checkout, no journey was taken and no cashback was received, so nothing here describes how any code behaves in a live cart, whether it applies to a particular route or seat class, or how quickly AbhiCash is credited in practice. The arithmetic in the "fare needed" column is our own calculation from the published percentage and cap and is illustrative, not a quotation of any fare. Figures quoted for existing users are the terms' own words; where a code's terms do not describe the existing-user benefit, we say so rather than infer it. Coupon terms, caps and validity change without notice and AbhiBus reserves, in its own terms, the right to "disqualify any transaction or discontinue the offer promotion at any time without notice" - read the terms shown in your own cart before booking, which are the ones that apply. Nothing on this page is travel, financial or legal advice, and nothing here alleges any wrongdoing by AbhiBus or by any transport corporation named; structuring an offer as a capped discount plus post-journey wallet credit is ordinary commerce, reported as published fact. Zoutons may earn a commission on bookings made through links on this page; this does not affect what is written above.
