Airtel money has a contact center set up where you can call for any query, feedback, or complaint such as you need regarding any topic or need refund of excess amount paid by you or amount not added to your wallet by deducted from your bank account, etc. Its support is available all 365 days a year from 7 am till 11 pm. Steps to get refund are listed below:

• You can simply dial 121 OR 198 from your airtel number for complaints or dial 400. Other operators can dial 8800688006.
• You can also email them your query, request, complaint or feedback.
• If the complaint filed by you is not resolved within 7 days then on 8^th day, then contact their grievance officer by dialing 400 and furnish him your complaint number, account number, date of complaint and details about complaint or you can mail him.
• Your complaint will be resolved within 10 days of filling it.
• In case your complaint remained unsolved, within 30 days of registering the complaint to grievance officer than you can approach the Department of Payments and Settlement System, (DPSS) of Reserve Bank of India.

To change your mPIN just follow the below steps:

2. How do I check my account balance?

Your airtel money account balance is displayed on centre bottom of the home screen of the app.

3. What are the charges applicable if load cash through retailer or online?

There are no charges for loading cash through a debit card or net banking but if you load cash through a retailer, Rs 15 one-time fee will be charged for the first time and then all future transactions will be free. If you load cash through your credit card, there is a nominal fee depending upon the transaction amount.

4. What is the maximum amount allowed in a single transaction?

The maximum amount per transaction can be Rs 10000 on the app but for money transfer, the limit is Rs 5000.

5. Is there any limit for recharging my prepaid mobile number through airtel money?

The minimum amount you may recharge for is Rs 10 and the maximum amount is Rs 10000.

6. How long does it take for money to reach my beneficiary?

Your beneficiary will receive the money instantly when it is transferred through IMPS for banks which are enabled instant transfer facility. For other banks, money is transferred through NEFT which may take up to 4 working hours.
