Myntra's own women's tops listings, read on 22 August. Fifty-three different prices sit behind just twenty-two different MRPs - and Rs. 999 is stated fourteen times.
We read 68 Myntra women's top and T-shirt listings on 22 August 2026 and seated 22 under Rs. 1,000, one per brand. Those 68 listings carry 53 different selling prices and only 22 different MRPs - Rs. 999 alone is stated fourteen times. Fifty-eight of the 66 discounted listings claim 60 per cent off or more, and the brands that do not are the ones whose list prices mean something. Prices here run Rs. 263 to Rs. 711; rating samples run nine to 14,418.
Every price below was pulled from Myntra on August 22, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Myntra coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.

Why it earned its spot 4.6 from 5,623 people is the best evidence-to-average combination in the read.
First: read the rupee price and ignore the badge, because on this shelf twenty-two MRPs are covering sixty-eight listings and fourteen sellers typed the same Rs. 999. Second: weigh the rating count before the average - a 5.0 from nine people is weaker evidence than a 4.3 from 14,418, and both are on this page. Third: know which names are Myntra's own - Roadster, Mast & Harbour, Anouk and DressBerry Curve set both sides of their own discount. Fourth: check the live coupon page before checkout, the same discipline we applied to Myntra shirt and T-shirt prices, because a store or bank offer lands on top of a price the seller has already fixed, and at Rs. 300 a garment two tops will clear a threshold one will not.

Across the 68 listings we read, Myntra published 53 distinct selling prices and only 22 distinct MRPs. Rs. 999 is stated behind fourteen of them, Rs. 1,499 behind six, Rs. 899 behind six and Rs. 1,199 behind five. When a shelf reuses the same handful of round numbers as its reference price, the percentage calculated against them stops describing the garment and starts describing the seller's typing habits. So we sort by what you pay, print every MRP as a figure the listing states, and never call a badge a saving.
The samples in this read run from nine to 14,418, and averages are not comparable across that range. The highest number on the page - a perfect 5.0 - comes from nine people. CORSICA's 4.3 comes from 14,418 and Burgstudio9's 4.2 from 14,223. A 5.0 from nine buyers is not a better result than a 4.3 from fourteen thousand; it is a far weaker one wearing a bigger number. Four listings seated here (glitchez, GLOWBERRY, Tokyo Talkies and, at 133 raters, ELVIA is just above the line) fall below fifty raters or carry no rating at all, and their cards show no pill for that reason.
Mast & Harbour, Roadster, DressBerry Curve and Anouk are Myntra labels. For those listings the MRP in the strikethrough and the price in front of it are set by the same company, so the percentage between them is an internal decision rather than a markdown against anyone else's list price. That does not make the garments worse - two of them are among the best-evidenced buys on this page - but it does mean their badges carry less information than a third-party brand's, and a reader deserves to be told which is which.
SZN alone returned ten of the 68 listings, glitchez seven, Roadster four and GLOWBERRY three. Seating them all would have produced a page that describes four sellers rather than a category. One listing per brand costs us some genuinely good individual items and buys a page where 22 different companies' pricing behaviour is visible side by side - which is the only way the H&M and Marks & Spencer outliers become legible at all.
On the shelf we read on 22 August 2026, between Rs. 209 and Rs. 999 - and that upper figure is the cap we set, not the top of the market. Of the 22 listings seated here the cheapest is a GLOWBERRY cotton crop top at Rs. 263 and the dearest is a KALAMIR ethnic print cotton top at Rs. 711. The middle of the shelf is dense: the median seated price is around Rs. 372, and there are four separate listings at exactly that figure. What that means practically is that almost any top on this shelf is a Rs. 250 to Rs. 500 purchase, and the differences between them are fabric, construction and published evidence rather than price.
The percentages are arithmetically correct - the seller states an MRP, sells at a lower price, and Myntra divides one by the other. Whether they represent a saving is a different question, and on this shelf the evidence says mostly not. Sixty-eight listings share just 22 distinct MRPs, with Rs. 999 stated fourteen times by at least eight unrelated sellers. The two biggest badges in the read, 87 and 85 per cent, sit on prices of Rs. 316 and Rs. 376 - both near the shelf's median - behind claims of Rs. 2,499 and Rs. 2,449. The garment did not get cheaper; the claimed reference price got bigger. The useful way to read a badge here is as a description of how the seller fills in the MRP field.
Because H&M is one of the few brands on this shelf whose stated MRP is the price it actually charges elsewhere. Fifty-eight of the 66 discounted listings in our read are 60 per cent off or more; H&M's T-shirt at 26 per cent off a stated Rs. 499 is the smallest badge in the whole read, its other listing carries no discount at all, and Marks & Spencer's Rs. 799 T-shirt states Rs. 799. These are also, notably, the best-rated garments in the read - the H&M tee averages 4.5 from 2,900 people. A small badge on this shelf is a sign of a disciplined list price, not of a worse deal.
Two, and they are close. CORSICA's bio-finish striped cotton relaxed-fit tee at Rs. 325 carries 14,418 ratings averaging 4.3 - the largest sample in the read. Burgstudio9's sweetheart-neck cotton crop top at Rs. 396 carries 14,223 averaging 4.2. Both are an order of magnitude better evidenced than anything else seated here, and both cost under Rs. 400. If you want a single number to buy on, use the rating count, not the average and certainly not the badge: the highest average on this page is a 5.0 from nine people, which tells you almost nothing at all.
Store and bank offers at Myntra are generally applied to the cart total after each listing's own discount, and they carry a minimum spend - which is directly relevant on a shelf where most of these tops cost between Rs. 263 and Rs. 500, because two garments will often clear a threshold that one will not. We did not test any code at checkout for this page and will not quote a figure we have not seen applied; the live coupon page is linked above and is the place to check what is actually running today. What this read gives you is the baseline to beat on 22 August 2026: Rs. 263 for the cheapest top on the shelf, Rs. 325 for the best-evidenced one, and Rs. 369 for the best-rated one.
