Sixty-four listings read on 16 October. Twelve are priced at exactly 10.99% of their own stated MRP, and ten of those are a single house.
Divide the price by the stated MRP on Myntra's jewellery shelf and something odd falls out. Twelve of the 64 listings in this read are priced at exactly 10.99% of their own stated MRP — Rs. 9,950 becomes Rs. 1,094, Rs. 3,450 becomes Rs. 379, Rs. 6,450 becomes Rs. 709. Ten of the twelve are one house, whose stated MRPs span 2.9x while every price lands on 10.99%, 12.99% or 14.99%, displaying as 89%, 87% and 85% off. The round number is the badge; the price is whatever the badge leaves. One limit throughout: this is costume jewellery and nothing here is a claim about gold, stones or quality, only about published numbers.
Every price below was pulled from Myntra on October 16, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our Myntra coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.
Nine listings badged 89% whose prices are each almost exactly 10.99% of a stated MRP running from Rs. 3,450 to Rs. 9,950 - including two pairs where price, MRP and badge are identical and only the rating count differs.

Nine listings from Rs. 229 to Rs. 499, badged 81% down to 0%. The ratios turn untidy, the stated MRPs fall below Rs. 1,500, and the shelf's single no-discount listing closes the page.

Rs. 313, stated Rs. 1,495
Why it earned its spot a mid-table badge on a 20.94% ratio, from a house with a thin sample
71% off, 265 ratings

347 ratings, Rs. 422
Why it earned its spot the shelf's shallow end begins, and two listings here publish the identical rating count
Rs. 441, stated Rs. 549
Why it earned its spot the second-shallowest badge in the read, on the same 347-rating pool as pick 21
Rs. 499, stated Rs. 499
Why it earned its spot the one listing in all 64 that states an MRP equal to its price and displays no discount at all
Four habits survive this read. First, divide the price by the stated MRP and see where it lands. A ratio of exactly 10.99% or 12.99% across many listings from one house suggests the percentage was decided before the price, which means the badge is not measuring a reduction you were ever offered. Second, ignore the badge when comparing within a house. Eleven of one seller's thirteen listings here are badged 89%; the figure cannot separate them, and the price and the rating count can. Third, read the rating count first. This read contains two pairs of listings with identical prices, identical stated MRPs and identical badges whose rating pools differ four-fold and eight-fold, and 22 of the 64 listings publish no rating at all. Fourth, treat the stated MRP as a claim about nothing you can check. One listing states Rs. 9,950 and another states its own Rs. 499; we have not verified either, and a bigger strike-through is not evidence of a better piece.

Each selling price, stated MRP, discount badge, star average and rating count here was parsed on 16 October 2026 from the window.__myx payload that myntra.com serves with its own /earrings and /jewellery-set listing pages, logged out, in India, with nothing purchased. 64 distinct listings were returned and 23 are seated. Nothing here comes from a product page, a review, a brand's own site or any third party, and no figure is our own estimate.
Every percentage described as a 'ratio' on this page is simply the selling price divided by the stated MRP printed on the same tile, expressed as a percentage. It is the discount badge stated the other way round - 100 minus the badge - and it is used because it makes visible something the badge hides: that on part of this shelf the percentage appears to be chosen first and the price computed from it. Rs. 9,950 x 0.1099 = Rs. 1,093.5, listed at Rs. 1,094; Rs. 3,450 x 0.1099 = Rs. 379.2, listed at Rs. 379. We report the arithmetic and do not claim to know how any seller sets any price.
Every 'stated MRP' is the strike-through figure the tile prints. We have not established that any item was offered or sold at that figure and we do not say any stated MRP is false, inflated or improper. Every percentage, ratio and multiple on this page is arithmetic over two numbers a seller chose. That one house's thirteen listings carry stated MRPs from Rs. 3,450 to Rs. 9,950 while every price lands on 10.99%, 12.99% or 14.99% of them is reported as a description of published figures and implies nothing about that house.
'Gold-Plated', '24K', '22K', 'Rhodium-Plated', 'Oxidised Silver-Plated', 'Kundan', 'Meenakari', 'American Diamond', 'Austrian Diamond', 'Cubic Zirconia', 'Ruby', 'Emerald', 'Pearls' and 'Anti Tarnish' on this page are the listings' own printed words, reproduced as printed and not verified, tested, assayed or certified by us. We did not buy, handle, weigh or examine any item. Nothing here is a statement about gold or silver content, purity, hallmarking, stone authenticity, plating thickness, tarnish resistance, durability, skin sensitivity or resale value, and nothing on this page is a valuation.
A star average means little without the sample behind it, so every card prints both. In this read the counts run from 9 to 7,207, and 22 of the 64 listings publish no rating at all - including the one listing badged 0%. Two seated listings from one house publish the identical 347 ratings, the ordinary fingerprint of variants pooled under one product page rather than a fault. Two pairs of seated listings share an identical price, stated MRP and badge while publishing very different counts, which is the clearest argument on the page for reading the count first. No rating represents our assessment of any product.
A deep badge is not a recommendation and a shallow one is not a criticism. Because the stated MRPs on this shelf cannot be verified and plainly do not describe comparable things - one listing states Rs. 9,950 and another states Rs. 499 for its own price - a listing where the buyer pays a ninth of the stated MRP is NOT established as better value than one where they pay all of it. The chapters group listings by ratio to make the arithmetic visible, not to rank them, and we have made no assessment of design, materials or quality on any tile.
Because on this part of the shelf the percentage appears to come first. Twelve of the 64 listings in this read are priced at exactly 10.99% of their own stated MRP, which displays as 89% off — Rs. 9,950 × 0.1099 = Rs. 1,093.5, listed at Rs. 1,094; Rs. 3,450 × 0.1099 = Rs. 379.2, listed at Rs. 379. Ten of the twelve are a single house, and its other three listings sit at 12.99% and 14.99%, displaying as 87% and 85%. The round number is the badge, not the price. We report this arithmetic from figures Myntra publishes; we do not know how any seller sets any price, we have not verified that any item was offered or sold at any stated MRP, and we do not allege that any stated MRP is false or improper.
In this read of 64 listings on 16 October 2026 the lowest price was Rs. 229, a set of ten gold ear chains carrying 4.5 stars from 252 ratings — around Rs. 23 a piece on the listing's own count. The cheapest full necklace-and-earring sets seated are two at Rs. 379, both badged 89% against a stated Rs. 3,450, one publishing 6,923 ratings and the other 926. The dearest listing seated is Rs. 1,400. Prices change continuously, so check the live page, and nothing here is an assessment of any item's materials or quality.
On the published evidence, by the rating count, because nothing else separates them. This read contains two such pairs. Two listings sit at Rs. 604 against a stated Rs. 5,495, both badged 89%: one publishes 1,752 ratings and the other 427. Two more sit at Rs. 379 against Rs. 3,450, both badged 89%: one publishes 6,923 and the other 926. They are genuinely different products with different photographs, not duplicates. Where a house sells many designs at a handful of price points, the price, the strike-through and the percentage carry no information for choosing between them — and the rating count is close to the only figure on the tile a seller cannot simply choose. It still describes buyers who rated a listing, not our view of any product.
Not established, and this page will not claim it. A badge is the gap between two numbers printed on one tile, and we have no way to verify that any stated MRP ever described a real selling price. On this shelf one listing states Rs. 9,950 against a Rs. 1,094 price and another states Rs. 499 against its own Rs. 499 — those two strike-throughs plainly are not describing the same kind of thing, so the percentages are not comparable. What the ratio does show is how much of the stated MRP you actually pay: about a ninth at one end of this shelf and all of it at the other. Which piece is better made is a separate question that no number on a listing page answers, and we have not handled or examined any item here.
We cannot tell you, and it would be wrong to imply we could. 'Gold-Plated', '24K', '22K', 'Rhodium-Plated', 'Kundan', 'American Diamond', 'Austrian Diamond', 'Cubic Zirconia', 'Ruby', 'Emerald' and 'Anti Tarnish' on this page are the listings' own printed words, reproduced as printed and not verified, tested, assayed or certified by us. This is costume or fashion jewellery by its own description. We did not buy, handle, weigh or examine any item, and nothing here is a statement about gold or silver content, purity, hallmarking, stone authenticity, plating thickness, tarnish resistance, durability, skin sensitivity or resale value. Nothing on this page is a valuation. If purity or hallmarking matters to you, that is a question for the brand and for BIS hallmarking rules, not for a price page.
