Prices & codes last verified July 29, 2026

The short of it MuscleBlaze ayurveda, fat loss and fit foods, read across 54 discounted listings on July 29. The deepest badge: 31% off, 494 ratings. The thinnest evidence: 26% off, 22 ratings. The largest crowd: 15% off, 3,334 ratings. The floor: 8% off a bag of plain oats.

We read MuscleBlaze's own category pages on July 29, 2026 across three aisles — ayurveda, fat loss and fit foods — and collected 54 in-stock discounted listings. We deliberately avoided the whey protein the brand is known for, because the interesting thing here only becomes visible when the herbal shelf and the food shelf are laid side by side. They run in opposite directions. The deepest discounts in the whole read sit on the herbal and fat-loss products: 31% on a shilajit resin, 30% on a shilajit tablet, 26% on milk thistle, 25% on chyawanprash, 23% on a fat-loss tablet. Their rating counts are 494, 154, 22, 49 and 103. The shallowest discounts sit on the food: 20% on peanut butter, 15% on high-protein oats, 11% on a protein bar, 8% on plain oats, 5% on a liquid L-carnitine, 3% on a smaller peanut butter jar. Their rating counts are 1,783, 3,334, 297, 236 and 528. The single best-evidenced product in our entire read — high-protein oats, rated 4.5 by 3,334 people — carries a 15% badge, while a supplement rated by twenty-two people carries 26%. We want to be exact about the scope of that observation, because this is a category where it matters. We are not telling you that shilajit, ashwagandha, tribulus, gokshura, milk thistle, a testosterone booster or a fat burner works or does not work. We have no basis for either claim, supplements are not medicines, and a doctor or a dietitian is the right person to ask before you buy anything in the first three chapters of this page. What we can tell you is what each thing costs, how much of it you get, and how many customers have rated it — and that where the label states a dose or a count, the arithmetic is often more useful than any percentage. Rs. 5.63 per gram of protein in a 20 g bar against Rs. 6.65 in a 10 g one. Rs. 9.91 a capsule in a 120-pack against Rs. 13.48 in the 60-pack at less than half the discount. Twenty-seven paise a gram for plain oats against fifty-four for the fortified ones. Our price-per-gram piece applies the same method to the protein shelf, and our ratings guide covers what these samples can and cannot support.

Every price below was pulled from MuscleBlaze on July 29, 2026 and checked against the MRP on the listing. Stack them with the live codes on our MuscleBlaze coupons page, which the deals desk re-verifies daily.

How to buy from a shelf we cannot evaluate for you

Four rules follow from an aisle where the badge runs opposite to the evidence. First, and it outranks everything else on this page: on anything intended to affect your body, ask a doctor or a dietitian before you ask a deals page. A 31% discount is not a reason to start taking something, and nothing in our data speaks to whether any herb or fat-loss product on this shelf does anything at all. Second: read the rating count, not just the score. A 4.8 from forty-nine people and a 4.5 from 3,334 are not the same claim, and on this shelf the deepest discounts consistently sit on the smallest samples — 26% off a product twenty-two people have rated is the clearest example in our read. Third: divide by whatever the label states. Per tablet, per capsule, per gram, per gram of protein — those figures diverge far more than the badges do, and they frequently reverse the ranking. A 120-capsule pack at 8% off works out cheaper per capsule than the 60-capsule pack at 19% off, and a 20 g protein bar is about eighteen percent cheaper per gram of protein than the 10 g one despite costing more per bar. Fourth: check the pack size before the percentage on food, because the same peanut butter appeared in our read at Rs. 599 a kilo with a 20% badge and at Rs. 700 a kilo with a 3% badge. Our MuscleBlaze coupon page tracks the codes and bank offers that move the final number, and our protein and creatine piece and flavour-premium piece are worth a cross-check.

What we skipped — and why

What we skipped, and why: the combo packs, which were eleven of the 54 listings and carried some of the deepest badges in the read — a shilajit-and-ashwagandha bundle at 36% was the single deepest number we saw — because a combo's discount is calculated against the sum of two stated MRPs and is the least comparable figure on the shelf. Flavour duplicates, which the category pages return as separate listings at identical prices: five high-protein oats variants at Rs. 599, three protein bar flavours at Rs. 675, and two L-carnitine flavours at Rs. 759. The same peanut butter at three different pack sizes and three different badges, of which we kept two to make the pack-size point. Out-of-stock rows, which the response flags and we filtered. And every listing whose only claim on a place here was a bigger percentage than its neighbour, which on this shelf is the least informative thing available.

What we look for

We read MuscleBlaze's own category pages across three aisles

Every price, stated MRP, rating and rating count here comes from MuscleBlaze's own category responses on July 29, 2026 — 54 in-stock discounted listings across ayurveda, fat loss and fit foods. We pulled the three together deliberately, because none of them is the protein powder MuscleBlaze is known for and the comparison between them is only visible side by side.

Then we noticed the deepest badges sat on the thinnest evidence

The herbal and fat-loss shelves carry the biggest discounts in the read — 31%, 30%, 26%, 25%, 23% — and rating counts of 494, 154, 22, 49 and 103. The fit-foods shelf carries the smallest — 20% down to 3% — and rating counts of 1,167, 1,783, 1,787 and 3,334. The single best-evidenced product we found, high-protein oats with 3,334 ratings, is discounted 15%. A milk thistle supplement with 22 ratings is discounted 26%.

And we did not evaluate a single health claim, because we cannot

This page reports what things cost, how much you get, and how many customers have rated them. It makes no assessment of whether shilajit, ashwagandha, tribulus, gokshura, milk thistle, a testosterone booster, a fat burner or L-carnitine does anything at all — that is a question for a doctor or a dietitian and not for a price page. Supplements are not medicines. Where a product is intended to affect your body, the discount on it is the least important thing about it.

So we ranked on price per unit, wherever the label stated one

Rs. 5.63 per gram of protein in a 20 g bar against Rs. 6.65 in a 10 g bar. Rs. 6.97 a tablet at 500 mg against Rs. 9.98 a capsule at 600 mg. Rs. 9.91 a capsule in the 120-pack against Rs. 13.48 in the 60-pack, at less than half the discount. Twenty-seven paise a gram for plain oats against fifty-four for the fortified ones. We print every rating with its count beside it, because 4.8 from 49 people and 4.5 from 3,334 are not the same claim. Prices read July 29, 2026.

FAQs

Why are MuscleBlaze's herbal supplements discounted more than its food?

We can report the pattern rather than explain the reasoning behind it. In our July 29, 2026 read of 54 discounted listings, the ayurveda and fat-loss shelves ran at 31%, 30%, 26%, 25% and 23% at the top, while the fit-foods shelf topped out at 20% and ran down to 3%. The rating counts run the other way: 22 to 494 on the herbal products against 236 to 3,334 on the food. What we would take from it is caution rather than opportunity — the biggest badges are attached to the products with the least accumulated customer feedback.

Does shilajit or ashwagandha actually work?

That is not a question this page can answer, and we will not pretend otherwise. We report what these products cost, how much you get and how many people have rated them on MuscleBlaze. We make no claim about physiological effects. Dietary supplements in India are not regulated as medicines and are not a substitute for a balanced diet. If you are considering one — especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, on prescription medication, or managing a health condition — the right person to ask is a qualified doctor or a registered dietitian.

What is the cheapest way to buy MuscleBlaze oats and peanut butter?

Buy the large pack and check the price per gram rather than the badge. High-protein oats at Rs. 1,099 for 2 kg is fifty-four paise a gram; plain instant oats at Rs. 275 a kilo is twenty-seven paise, so the fortification and flavour double the price. On peanut butter, our read returned the same 1 kg jar at Rs. 599 with a 20% badge and a 750 g jar at Rs. 525 with a 3% badge — Rs. 599 a kilo against Rs. 700 a kilo. The pack size moves the real cost far more than the percentage does.

Which MuscleBlaze protein bar is better value?

The 20 g bar, on the arithmetic. Six bars at Rs. 675 is Rs. 112.50 a bar and Rs. 5.63 per gram of protein; the 10 g version at Rs. 399 is Rs. 66.50 a bar and Rs. 6.65 per gram of protein, so it is cheaper to buy and about eighteen percent dearer for the protein you are actually paying for. Neither badge — 13% and 11% — tells you that. The 20 g bar carries 285 ratings at 4.4 and the 10 g carries 297 at 4.5.

How much should I trust a 4.8 rating on a supplement?

As far as its sample supports, which on this shelf is usually not far. The 4.8 in our picks comes from forty-nine ratings, and the 4.7 from forty-three; the milk thistle at 4.5 rests on twenty-two people and a gokshura at 4.3 on twenty-one. By comparison the high-protein oats carry 3,334 ratings and the peanut butter 1,787. That is why we print the count next to every score. A high average from a few dozen buyers is encouraging; it is not evidence in the way a few thousand is, and it is certainly not clinical evidence.

How Zoutons picks deals Zoutons may earn a commission when you buy through links on this page. Every price, stated MRP, rating and rating count here was read from MuscleBlaze's own category responses on July 29, 2026 — 54 in-stock discounted listings across ayurveda, fat loss and fit foods — and can change without notice. The counts we cite are our own analysis of that sample on that date; a larger pull would shift the exact figures. Our observation that the deepest discounts in this read sit on the products with the smallest rating counts is a description of that sample, not a statement by MuscleBlaze and not an accusation about any product. Nothing on this page is medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and nothing here is an endorsement of any product's effects. We make no claim whatsoever about whether shilajit, ashwagandha, tribulus, gokshura, milk thistle, chyawanprash, testosterone-booster formulations, fat burners or L-carnitine produce any physiological benefit; dietary supplements are not medicines, are not a substitute for a balanced diet, and are not regulated as pharmaceuticals in India. Anyone considering a supplement — and particularly anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, managing a health condition, or buying for a child — should speak to a qualified doctor or registered dietitian first. Rating pills show the score and count MuscleBlaze itself returned for that listing, and where the count is small we say so in the text. Per-unit figures quoted here are our own arithmetic from the stated pack sizes and counts. We have not tested any product on this page.
