“Cancelled last minute!”
I had booked a car from Myles well in advance, for which I had received confirmation. The trip planned was on 13th September 2019. On 13th September 2019, around 5:00 PM, I received a call from them that the booking has been cancelled with no due reasons!

I contacted the customer support providing them with my booking ID. The customer support told me that there was no availability of drivers at the moment. I was stunned on hearing this. I asked the executive when the booking was done two months in advance, then how can you cancel the booking last minute.
The executive had no answers. It was the first time that I decided to book a rental and was cheated in the end. I hoped that they wouldn’t be fake like others but all are same. Now when asked for a refund, they have given a lot of excuses and need time to process it.
I don’t know when their day comes!
