• They will refund the amount back to your account within 10 days, refunded amount shouldn't be more than Rs.2,00,000 for jewelry and Rs.5,00,000 for solitaire.
• A 14-day return policy is not applicable on gold coins.
• Return product needs to be with original product certificate and invoice.
• If you do not have the original product certificate, shipping with the certification cost for diamond jewelry is Rs.500 and solitaire diamond is Rs.3,000. 
• If the product is found resized, with wear & tear, or any other damages while quality check, the product will not be accepted in 14 days return policy. Once the product qualifies after a quality check, we will initiate a refund within 10 days.
