“Low quality product but great services!”
I purchased JBL T150A in-ear headsets worth Rs. 999 for Rs. 799, after applying discounts. The product was delivered within a week of ordering. The placement of the order was smooth and quick. However, I received a 1-month warranty also.
The product arrived on 21st August 2019. I made the payment in cash to the delivery boy and received the product. The headset worked well for the first two days. The bass and sound were all perfect that I used to feel as if I am attending any concert. But, within 3-4 days the sound quality started to decline.
I thought the issue will be on my phone because it is old and I had to change. In a week, I had purchased a new phone but the headsets’ sound was still the same “low”! I had registered a complaint regarding the same but no action was taken against it. I waited for a week or two and called at their customer help desk.
Nobody was ready to hear the problem that I have been facing. I told them that I need them to be replaced because I have 1-month warranty and 1-month replacement if any issue occurs. The store sent a serviceman on 9th September 2019 to check the product.
By then, it had worn out and stopped working completely. The serviceman checked the product and said that the duplicate product had been delivered. He picked-up the duplicate one and provided me with a return bill. He said that within 3 days, I will receive a new product.
On 12th September 2019, I received a new headset, well-packed and kept. It works perfectly till now and they even provided a year warranty for the product.
Glad that at least the services are up to mark if the products aren’t!
