IRCTC Loyalty Programs
In the SBI Credit card system, IRCTC offers a Loyalty Program to its customers. Only 1st Class AC, 2nd Class AC, 3rd Class AC, Executive Chair Car, and AC Chair Car travel earns SBI Card Travel Reward Points. On 3E and SL Class tickets, SBI Card Travel Reward Points are not earned. Individual loyalty members' fare tickets earn SBI Card Travel Reward Points exclusively; voucher transactions do not earn SBI Card Travel Reward Points. To earn SBI Card Travel Reward Points, you must be one of the passengers on the ticket. If your ticket has not been canceled, SBI Card Travel Reward Points will be credited to your account only 5 days after the date of your travel. Annual Renewal Fee - Rs.300; First-Year Membership Fee - Rs.500 (taxes & transaction charges extra, as applicable).
IRCTC Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your tickets both online and through the app, avoiding the enormous lines at the ticket booths. You can cancel both counter and online-purchased tickets and receive a refund within a few days. You must go to the IRCTC website and fill up your information. Now proceed to the website where you may cancel your subscription.
Enter your ticket's PNR number. Now type in the train number to which you'll be traveling. Now fill in the captcha that appears on the website. Prior to cancellation, you will be requested for confirmation. Your ticket will be canceled after you click agree. Within 7 working days, your refund will be completed.
