I installed FreshToHome app and ordered Minced meat through the app for availing the prescribed discounts. I was asked to recharge the app as well after signing in. The price seemed fine until I checked the quantity. There was also a free delivery option over orders of Rs.799. FreshToHome delivered the order within 4 hours. after ordering. The good part was the quick delivery and maintenance of proper order descriptions. 

The meat could be more fresh according to the price it charged and it was 3 % fat ground. I think the website should feature an ordering option where users can mention their expected delivery. The recharge and target amount were merely a misguide are all I felt at the end. I don't know if I will buy raw food online, because not every online vendor cares about customer’s health. Users should be more concerned about the quality and pricing before trusting the colorful advertisements.

The FreshToHome services are amazing and I cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service team is extremely helpful and polite. I was finding it a little difficult to navigate the website at the start, so I called the customer service team to get some help in ordering the Chicken Curry Cut I wanted. They guided me through the entire process step by step to not only find the meat cuts I wanted but also how to go about creating and setting up my Fresh to Home Account and to set my delivery slot. 

The delivery team was also incredibly efficient, they reached on time and at my request provided me with no contact delivery. The meat delivered was some of the best quality I have seen. I will definitely continue to avail of their services and recommend them to anyone who asks. FreshToHome has found a loyal customer in me and I am already planning my next orders with them.

Since the lockdown happened going out to buy chicken/mutton/fish is not a safe option due to social distancing. Recently a friend recommended FreshToHome to get meat delivered to home & tried it for the first time. Here is my honest review: The meat quality was great. I ordered fish & chicken, both of which were very fresh. There's also a lot of variety on the Freshtohome app. They delivered on time by 11 AM, & the delivery boy took all precautions like a mask, gloves, sanitizer, etc. I would advise you to place your orders early morning as their stocks run out by the afternoon. Overall I would totally recommend Freshtohome to everyone & will continue buying from them even after the lockdown ends.
