Foxtale Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Once your Foxtale order is successfully placed, your shipment will be delivered to you within 14 days for domestic delivery.  For all prepaid orders, shipping is free of cost and for COD orders, a flat fee of Rs.40 will be charged for orders of any value. You can easily raise return or replacement requests within 7 days from the date of delivery if the delivered product has been received wrong or expired.
