Ordered a Pram for my newborn but what I had received was of poor quality!
The pram was delivered to me on 28th September 2019. I paid Rs. 4785 to the delivery man and received the order. It was packed in a big box which seemed to look so perfect to me. But upon opening the box, we got to know that the item is useless!
It is of poor quality and the child is not at all safe in it! The cushioned seat which is to provide comfort to the baby has foam inside instead of cotton. However, the cloth of the pram was not stitched properly. The safety bar has no covering of the foam, which is unsafe for the kid and cannot protect from falling.
I contacted the customer service right away. The executive on call heard the issue and suggested me to get the item replaced. I decided to get a refund. I asked him for a refund because I cannot trust online stores for such goods. I will go to the nearby Firstcry store and get one myself, after verifying the product completely!
