“Ditched by Dish TV”
I do not know what is Dish TV up to!
It has been two months now that I complained about its connectivity to customer care. The executive assured me that a serviceman will arrive and fix the issue. Since then, I haven’t seen anybody coming!
The complaint was filed on 1st July 2019, when I told the customer executive that due to rain and heavy winds, the network has been disrupted, which needs to be fixed. The executive on the call asked me the registration ID and the registered mobile number! He assured me that the serviceman will come within a week but nobody came.
So, I asked the local cable man to fix it. He fixed the issue but in a few days, it stopped working. I contacted the customer care but they were ignorant and didn’t respond properly. For a month I called them but received no response. On 31st August 2019, one of their serviceman arrived and fixed the wires and changed the settings. But, on 1st September 2019, it displayed error on screen!
What kind of services are these? I am not at all satisfied with their service!
