“Bad website management”
I purchased two items from this website. When I checked the website after three days, the order had been cancelled. There was no information concerning a refund issued to me. So I sent them a note through their website. I didn't expect a response at first. I also sent them an email stating that I would contact the Consumer Forum. There has been no response. So, as a well-informed and informed consumer, I just filed a complaint with a consumer forum, and guess what? That site promptly responded, stating that they will repay me within 12-15 banking days. So, after 12 days, I received a whole refund. So, if you're having trouble getting a refund on any internet site, go to the national consumer forum and file a complaint.
