The bus operator will modify your sleeper cabin at any moment, the bus timing start and dropping point timing will not match at all what they present on their website, if you have a connecting option then you are dead, and if you complain then they will say it is tentative. If you complain to the bus company, they will abuse you and tell you to cancel and book via them, and they will warn you that if you book online, you will only face problems like this. I made a reservation and had a terrible experience. Please be cautious.
Abhibus is poor in handling technical issues and especially when it comes to payments and refunds. I did not expect rude behavior in customer care response. I have been using AbhiBus app for travelings since once or twice in a month. I have Booked a bus ticket and cancelled due to a change in my plan. I received a notification that stating your ticket has been cancelled and later still ticket is active due to technical issue and ticket has been not cancelled. have informed this to customer care via mail and they were not able to understand the issue and said that no refund will be provided. As per cancellation policy i should get 50% of my ticket cost as i cancelled ticket before 6 hrs of my travel. But unluckilyI have not received any refund and had very unpleasant experience.
I had to reach Haridwar from Dehradun and I missed the train for the messed up service AbhiBus is offering. It was 9 pm at night and I am receiving notification about changing the bus. My group of friends finally completed the planning stage of the infamous “Lonavala Trip” and were finalizing bookings. We collectively decided to make a bus booking to save money. There was a first aid box available in the bus, seats and inside of the bus was properly cleaned and along with it, the most surprising one - there was a camera installed in the bus in which the rearview could be seen so that any accident that could occur, would be avoided.
Comment: The bus reached on time and it was a pleasure to see such advancements and an overall improvement in the bus traveling services.
